All the staff are extremely nice, polite and courteous. They go above and beyond. Mr Majd was very nice and helpful at checkin. Mr Emad opened up the breakfast buffet early so I can eat before my excursion to Petra. All the staff are very nice and courteous.

Outstanding in every way
We were treated like royalty by every single person we encountered at the Four Season Amman. The facilities were outstanding, the food in the various restaurants (including room service) delicious, and the service and attention to detail incredible. Every need (or anticipated need) was met effortlessly and with subtlety and elan. We would strongly recommend visitors to Amman in Jordan stay at the Four Seasons. You’ll have no regrets. Simply wow!

Thank you Saleem (front desk) for accommodating my room change request from 5th for to 10th flr. Samih (Manager) who showed me the entirety of the hotel and even packed a to go breakfast on my last day before I head to Amman airport. It was a good experience. I will be back October 2021.

Best hospitality in the world - the staff are absolutely fantastic! Stayed one week on a business trip to Amman. We had excellent support from the hotel staff on all our needs, including in-room Covid testing required for our flight back home (results arrived within six hours of the test). And the food is (still) to die for!

The room’ carpet was dirty, the breakfast furniture was old and ripped, I don’t think it is worth the nightly rate at all , I have been staying in different Four Seasons and the rooms are up to 5 stars hotel . This hotel is 3 stars

Very safe, and amazing service!
The four seasons is a home away from home when staying there. The service is impeccable, very safe with guard entrance and metal detector. I always stay here when in jordan and highly recommend it.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful. The service was good. The only problem is there’s a lot of taxes that are paid and be careful when you check out if they want to switch your currency over to your native countries currency before charging it which I didn’t realize rather than charge it in Jordanian dinars there’s a very unfavorable conversion rate you’re better off charging it using Jordanian dinars.
