Awful stay at the double tree hotel in napa. The hotel is more of a 2 stars rather than a 4. The bedroom was not clean at all. There were no sun beds by the pool and the service was extremely slow. No restaurant open for lunch or dinner, and nor bar open either. This made us feel like we were at a weird camping site by a motorway. Will never stay there again. One of my belongings was also lost by the housekeeper which was extremely infuriating.

Okay sooo upon my arrival, the check-in clerk was fairly nice and talkative. She informed me that they were almost sold out for the evening and that I would be put into a disabled room with Wheelchair accessibility. I thought OK no problem. She even had a fun fact about the cookies they give you when getting your keys . But once I got into my room I noticed the desk and chair Were both dirty . the lamps all had old shades one even had a weird red/brown stain on it not to mention the dust ring on all of them . The black out curtains were broken and coved in a weird red/brown stain that kinda looked like blood .Yikes!!When i went to take a shower it was a clean bathroom but the shower I don’t even think it would have been good for someone in a wheelchair.. no mater how I turned the shower head that was stuck in the middle of the wall .. not the side wall but dab middle. it got like half the bathroom floor wet!! Even with the shower curtain closed .. if I hadn’t put a towel down I would have definitely tripped or something. then I noticed weird white stains around the room carpet. And overall the room was dated . I could hear everyone coming and going and stomping from the guest upstairs.i think they had a restaurant on property or something but there was zero information about it and the vending machines looked they hadn’t been refilled in forever. For the price I’m not sure I’d recommend it..

This property is very dated and un kept. Nasty swamp on property. Blood stains on my sheets and curtains. Cobwebs everywhere. A/C system is too old. Old dated carpets in hallways and dated entrance area. Will not repeat.

The only good experience here was the customer service, which basically just met expectations for a Hilton(double tree) The place is rundown, carpets stained, walls stained and chipped. Parking lot had trash everywhere and outside doors don’t even work. you basically play roulette getting in with your door card and have to try each one wondering if it’ll work. The presentation of the entrance basically reflects the state of care the facility is in. But to be fair, you get what you pay for.

The first room we checked into had a bad odour so we were transferred to a different room this room smelled better but still did not smell clean. The bathroom in the second room was in terrible condition with two holes in the wall a loose toilet with rusty bolts and badly covered up dirty and cracking grout in the shower and a dirty shower head. The location was good but the quality of the rooms is severely lacking! If I can figure out how to post photos of the bathroom I will…..I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE DOUBLE TREE!

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee maker kept leaving a lot of grounds in the coffee. It would have been nice to get new towels and sugar. The bathtub faucet was hard to turn off and on. The bathroom was clean, but there was a board on the ceiling that had a bunch of brown spots.
