The hotel had a boarded up window in the front. While checking in, someone was calling 911 from their room. Police showed up when I was checking in. I cancelled my room and they never refunded me. The GM of the property (Michelle) said I stayed there. I never went into a room. DO NOT STAY HERE. Very unsafe.

We booked a non smoking room, and we’re pretty sure it’s a smoking room, or someone has been smoking in here. The room wasn’t vacuumed and the bathtub was questionable. We booked here because it said there was a pool and it’s been permanently closed for awhile.

I ended up changing our reservation, there was no way I was staying more than one night there. This is an unsafe area. The hotel is dirty, and don’t ask the staff for anything they can’t be bothered. Most disgusting place to stay. Do not stay at this unsafe location.

The sheets were dingy if not dirty.The big vanity mirror was broken with pieces missing. The bathtub was beyond filthy. The ceiling had a hole; looked like from possible water damage. The walls must be paper thin, so much noise inside & outside. A horrible night.

The gentleman working at the front desk at night was outstanding. I came in from a long drive drive freezing and he already had me ready to go. Less than 5 minutes, I was in my room warming up watching football. Because of his professionalism, I will gladly stay at this Quality Inn. The morning staff and from desk were absolute professionals as a well. Quickly pointed me into the right direction for some hot coffee and I was out. Don't mind the appearance of the outside though, they can't help with all the construction going on around them. 4 out of 5 for sure. Would have been perfect if the blanket on the bed wasn't as thin as a sheet.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean, also very convenient to the VA Hospital and other medical centers, as well as access to essential shopping. During our stay a family member needed extra attention due to a health problem. We are grateful to the excellent and caring staff who assisted in every way possible. We highly recommend the Quality Inn West Medical Center.

The staff is amazing and welcoming. The room was very dirty. One of the beds had dirty sheets, trash on the floor, restroom had hair on the floor, bathtub was stained almost black with dirt and grime, trash was not taken out so there were gnats in the room and the sink was still dirty from the last guests. We weren't upset, more just laughed it off. The bed was comfy and pillows were too

Couldn't find our reservation even though I paid 4 months in advance so we ended up having to pay again more than 3 times the amount our room is so dirty it had stains on the bed and the floor the door in the bathroom is falling apart as well i don't think i will ever come back to this hotel

The trash was still there from whoever was there last. There were no towels, the bed had a sharp rod sticking out that cut my shin, the sink had toothpaste in it and they have cockroaches and it was very noisy.

We booked this hotel for Brand and convenient location to the highway. During our trip, we attempted to reach the hotel 6 times to alert them of our extremely late arrival. All calls rang multiple times and went unanswered. After traveling for 9 hours, we arrived tired and sleepy. The front desk clerk was indifferent to our arrival, no greeting was offered and wrong directions to the room were given. Upon arrival to the room, we found some good points: 1. No bugs. 2. Clean sheets. 3. Shower & toilet were clean. 4. Morning coffee was good. 5. Microwave worked & was clean. We found some things that needed attention: 1. Carpet was filthy with many stains and where the refrigerator was had not been cleaned or vacuumed. 2. Water stains on ceiling. 3. Top bed covering (can't call it a blanket) had green paint stains. 4. The room had NO toilet paper! So, tissue box was put to use. 5. At "4am" by clock on night stand, the picture hanging on the wall next to bed hit the floor waking all 3 of us. After 4.5 hours of sleep, we decided to get up & start our day. But we checked our phones & noticed the time was actually 3am, clock was ahead 1 hour. The morning front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We will not be staying at the Quality Inn again because Quality should not be the name. Corporate needs to look into this location.

Hotel was pretty decent for what I paid for, however it was the inconsiderate people who were clomping around like King Kong upstairs and slamming doors in the middle of the night. Needless to say, I DID NOT get any sleep that night, won't stay there again not because of the hotel but because of the jerks who have no respect for others trying to sleep. Breakfast was nothing remarkable, just sugary and high carbs with no protein so had to go to another place for it, there is no hot tub either just a swimming pool, staff was very friendly and nice though, hotel is just showing signs of wear and age but still decent room

The door leading to the ice machine and the laundry area (which had no washer or dryer) would slam shut every time a person went through it. It was difficult sleeping through the night as people were entering and exiting. The vent fan and the bathroom also did not work. Everything else was fine.

Looked like homeless people were living out of vehicles in corner of parking lot. A guy in a truck seemed to be videoing us as we unloaded vehicle at 11PM Hallway doors do not lock, no key needed to enter building from exterior doors so anto building

When I checked in the receptionist was arguing with a female about a refund. & as the female was leaving the receptionist called her “trash” and “addict”. I was traveling by myself, so that experience when I first check in was unsettling. The room was fine, but I could here the creaking of the floors when people would walk past the room or in the room next to me. The entertainment center would shake when I walked past that as well. Will probably not go back.
