“Nice place to stay”

Frindly staff, good breakfast thats included with the room. Room was clean and neat and it was quiet. We just stayed one night as we were traveling.

“Not to impressed”

The hotel was clean, but needed to be updated. The television was very small, and everything was old. Alright place to stay, but I will not stay there again.

“Good value”

Staff was extremely helpful at Check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very very firm. The only problem with the room was the window, although closed and locked had a 1/8 inch gap to the outside. After a couple of attempts to reclose the window we realized it couldn't be fixed. We had already unpacked and were exhausted but knew that we would probably get cold because it was going to be close to 0 degrees. We ended up closing a towel in the window to eliminate the gap - it worked! We were leaving before 6am the next morning and the staff let us eat before we left, which was very nice. Breakfast was very good!

“Better choices”

The hotel is a 'get what you pay' for hotel. Overall it was just a place to lay our heads after a long drive out of Flagstaff. Pets are welcome here and that was appreciated.

“For a Best Western I was VERY diasppointed with the decor of the whole motel”

I've stayed in Best Westerns before and they were wonderful however the Amarillo Santa Fe was very disppointing. I did realize that this in the older part of Amarillo and this was an older motel but it doesn't match up with the standard that is usually expected from a Best Western.
