“Delightful”
This hotel in Positano is not too far from the beach and on the main road through town. The town is mainly a walking town. You must carry suitcase up one flight of stairs to reach the hotel. We opted for the no view room which was very small. It was sufficient for us at a price that suited our budget. I did see a front room - it was larger and very nice. The owner was there most of the time and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you are visiting this lovely town and don"t want to spend alot this is the place to stay.
“Positano small, boutique hitel”
We stayed at this hotel for three nights in September 2011. It is in a great location, a little hard to find the entrance though- it's up the stairs from the banking machine kiosk. The room was fine, a nice little balcony looking over the street, just a quick walk to the beach and shopping. I did not see a pool any where at this hotel - not sure why it is described as having a pool. The breakfast was ok, it gets your through to lunch. They will make you a cappucino which is nice. The beach towels you get from the front desk are a bit to be desired - a bit ratty. I was doing some stretches on the floor of the hotel room and it looked like it had not been swept under the bed in a while - a few dust bunnies were setting up house - ugh. The bathroom was fine and otherwise a good hotel. The staff are very friendly.
