I was very pleased. The room was large and very roomy, nice furniture, micrwave, refrigerator, was very clean. We got in late and left early but we were totally satisfied and would recommend anyone staying there.

“Comfortable rooms with a great view”

The Sunday House Inn is a cozy motel with a fantastic West Texas view of Alpine. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, but there was no coffee pot included. No big deal but I've never been at a hotel/motel without a coffee maker. Also, the bathroom could have used an update, but all in all, it was very relaxing and quiet. I would recommend it and stay there again in the future.

“Very Comfortable Stay”

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Sunday House Inn. When I first booked the room, I was a little concerned because the price of the room per night, was considerably lower than the cost of the chain hotels that are located in Alpine. However, when we arrived, the desk clerk was very friendly and very helpful. When we arrived in our room, it was very clean and very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised that they also offer a hot breakfast every morning at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend that anyone who is looking for a great value, with all of the perks of a larger hotel, try the Sunday House Inn.

“Typical highway motel”

This is a typical highway motel of the inexpensive chain variety, even though it is privately owned. Beds and breakfast were good, general maintenance was not. Thin towels, a toilet that seemed on the verge of stopping up, and inexpensive amenities. Website advertised hairdryers, which were not in the room but available upon request at the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant next door was a terrible experience.

“Over priced! No pool.”

The motel was over priced for what they had to offer. I didn't find a continental breakfast, it didn't have a pool. It was an older motel, but the room was big

“Not that impressed”

The hotel advertises Texas-size rooms. That is true but the beds, TV and other furnishings are Delaware-size. They just remodeled the exterior of the hotel and it looks great. They just need to do the same in the rooms. The bathroom was in bad shape and there was no lock on the bathroom door. The bathroom door also stuck and you had to fight to get it open. Overall the room was comfortable enough but not for the price.

“Not so good”

The room was okay, but the bath was dirty and old. Breakfast was good and they had eggs, ham and sausage, which was nice. The bed was good, but the couch was worn and dirty. Altogether disappointing, but mostly because of the bath.
