“Great place for the money”
Great location, Great staff, very helpful. Hotel is a little old BUT very well maintained. Would stay here again.
“Good Location”
We booked this hotel because it is only 10 minutes from Neuschweinstein Castle. The hotel itself was OK. Getting to our room from the underground parking lot was a bit scary. You go down a lot of long, dim hallways. The room and bathroom were clean and large enough. The bonus was a balcony that overlooks a beautiful river and wooded area. This hotel is used by a lot of tour busses. We had dinner in the restaurant. We were surrounded by three bus loads of Asian tourists.
“Late arrival, no problem”
We arrived by train at 10.30 at night. We walked to the hotel wth our packs which was not the most convienent location as we had to walk along a road with no footpath and limited lighting. On arrival staff were pleasant. The room was satisfactory, would have liked a little better quality for the price. Breakfast in the morning was good. Luggage holding facilities were available which we appreciated.
