The hotel is in need of a renovation plus it seems quite unsafe that the side/back door lock is broken.

Easy check-in./Beds were comfortable but dirty Found several stink bugs in room upon arrival, (still waiting in refund) sheets had blood stains other unknown stains. Smelled of cigarette smoke, tv did not work (cable attachment was broke) bathroom door had yellow unknown substance. Was traveling alone, put do not disturb sign in door. Throughout first night, unknown persons who knock on my door all hours of the night. Felt unsafe Advised front desk agent at checkout about issues was told will receive refund (waiting to see)

I booked a Room a week before for 1 king. When I arrived the man at the desk gave me a room key and when I arrived at my room there was 2 fulls. I went back down and asked the man for the room I booked and he said they decided to change my reservation. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Very rude staff.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. This place was absolutely DISGUSTING. there were feces on the bathroom wall. toilet paper stained yellow. bugs in the room. pool water was disgusting. mold. rude manager. DISGUSTING AND RUDE MANAGER. this place needs shut down

It’s okay for what it is , but the rooms be half cleaned and the room service is not good, they have clean and I was given stained and dirty bedding and towels and washcloths. When you report all these things even issues with your room , they don’t even compensate you for anything. Their just worried about making their money not too much on their satisfaction of their business, their not good business like.

Constructive criticism can help them identify areas for improvement and hopefully prevent similar issues in the future.Also let you know its two way, we cooperate from our side then you as well as you were booking the reservations since 6 or 8 months with mentioning the 2 Adults but you were living with total 4 Numbers and we charge 5 per person extra but we didn't charged you any extra amount from you, so kindly considered the same as a compensate.

No Diet soft drinks nor bottled water available and the drinks that were available in the machine in the lobby were not particularly cold. The floor in the bathroom shower did not have a non-slip surface nor a rubber mat available. Room was clean and very reasonably priced. Plenty of eating and convenience facilities within a 1 - 2 minute drive. I will definitely stay here again.

Room stank like cigarettes, even after being there 3.5 days. One day I forgot to leave the room fan on & came back almost unable to breathe. … The refrigerator froze everything we had regardless how the gauge was set. … one night I awoke to a woman screaming obscenities to someone in the hallway of lobby around 2am. … Roach-like bug running around on the tv stand.

It wasn't expensive and i used the pool and hot tub. It was just a place to stay for a couple days while we traveled to bear creek mt. to snowboard, which wasn't too far way. No issues, friendly staff.

The best thing I can say is that it’s cheap. The hot tub is hot, but no real power from the jets. Breakfast was average. Room was okay. The place needs updating. Needs carpeting and paint. It doesn’t take much to do that. I felt cheap staying there, but if you don’t mind that it is really low budget, it will do.

We decided to stay in this Hotel because it is close to my in-laws home. I stayed with my husband, children and mother in law and rented two bedrooms. It is affordable but because of the maintenance and service. I would rather go a higher price. Pool is freezing. Tub and toilet bowls are dirty. Towels are limited. Rude night shift management. Morning people are great.

First when you advertise an indoor pool you would think it was heated! Nope. My kids couldn’t go in it because it was as cold as the outside. The showers are loud u can hear the rooms around u take showers and u can also hear the people in the rooms around you. My kids didn’t sleep well at all. Also when the heat turns on it’s loud. Morning breakfast was okay except the milk was sour.

No more Howard Johnson’s l, that’s for sure.
When arriving there was What looked like a full timer being evicted with all their bags of belongings stacked up by the entry door and an other car parked close to the entry stuffed full of belongings that appeared to belong to another full timer. Room was nice looking but when pulling back the bed covers there was long black hairs and slobber stain on the pillow. The second bed looked like it had clean sheets.. I still wonder about that though. Ledge around top of shower surround was caked full of dust and grim, I’m guessing the cleaning staff must be shorter then I am and did t see this area for some time but it was pretty nasty… the entry door Eletric door / card lock would not lock it was alright while in the room with dead bolt on but couldn’t leave anything there while gone. Dog barking for hours, people next door in a verbal fight for another hour. Web site says coffee pot in the room but that’s not the case any longer. Coffee in lobby but not until 7:00am thankful for Perkins next door open at 6 with hot coffee. We had three rooms this trip and glad only one had roaches. It’s a shame, this place looks nice and appears they are doing maintenance and improvements maybe just need to step up with some better management or they will have others like myself staying elsewhere.

What is there not to say bad about this place..? When we first pulled in the parking lot we saw a lady in one of the room windows acting like she was hanging herself with a blind cord. Check in was ok but that same lady came out and tried to give my children something. When I said no thank you she threw it at me as I was walking out. (Turned out the next day my husband saw her with a name tag so we think she might work there) Unfortunately we were traveling through and had already paid for the room ahead of time and no other rooms in the area were available for the night. We went to our room which was supposed to sleep 6 but the pull out couch was only a single so one of us had to sleep on the floor or cram 3 to a bed. It was listed as a double sleeper couch. At night in the bathroom the floor is crawling with roaches/bugs. Honestly had it not been snowing we would have just slept in the car for the night. This place was awful. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Very interesting story to tell the family when we get home from vacation. Eww

I booked on expedia.com n i had two rooms at the howard Johnson but i had reservations at Days Inn on Airport Rd. So i called the hotel and made sure they didnt canceled the wrong one. I called expedia said they would still have my 2 rooms there. But they canceled the wring hotel. And the ftont deck 2 guys were very rude n my kids were upset cuz how the guys were looking at them . So i will never come back to the Howard Johnson or the Days Inn n i posted it online .

BLACK MOLD WILL INFECT RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

Horrible continental breakfast. No pastries, only had a couple small bagels, no hot water to fix what little oatmeal they had. When asked, they thought we were crazy. Then a couple of the workers go and laugh behind our back. Room was in fair condition. Not impressed from past stays at other Howard Johnson hotels.
