Arrived and checked in and immediately checked back out. Room was non smoking but room and entire lobby stank of smoke. Also my credit card was charged twice once online and once in person. I will be following up with customer service to get ALL of my money back. The wallpaper was coming up from the bottom of the floor, the tv had poorly wiped nicotine stains all over as well and the entire room was utterly disgusting.

They were available in a pinch when I hit exhaustion point driving back from the Bills-Iggles game. Conveniently located off the Turnpike and perhaps the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Decently kept with friendly staff.

It was not worth the money I spent to stay here. They only give 1 towel, the tv turns off every 15-30 minutes. The air quality is off. It was fairly quiet though, except when the air conditioner turned on. Some of the outlets didn’t work either so there’s that. The only reason I’m remember this hotel is so I don’t stay here again

Bad experience, but good service helped resolve it
While we've used this hotel in the past, with better results, this time was not a great experience. Starting with their difficulty finding the reservation when we arrived, it only got worse after that. We had booked the King Family Suite (2 king beds), but what they gave us was a suite with 2 double beds. The manager insisted that he didn't know how we booked the King Suite as it was not available. Arriving in the suite, we found it to be disgustingly dirty - the floors turned socks black from walking across them, the walls were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the ceiling had water stains, and the bedding on one of the beds was stained - just not the experience I wanted with our 4 grandkids. We ended up checking out, cancelling the reservation, and moving to another local hotel at a much higher rate. The only positive to the experience was the overall communication with the Manager - he was polite and as helpful as he could be - he offered to call his cleaning crew in to try and get the room cleaned, but fully understood that there were more issues than that. He suggested that if we choose to leave, he'd work with Hotels.com to ensure we were fully refunded. A big thank you for that.

Our first room eas clean & sabitizes. Unfirtuneatelt we had a leak over one bed & had to switch rioms. Although it was an upgrade, it hadnt been serviced & clothing from a firmer occupant remained & it wasnt vacuumed. I sanitized the surfaces, bathroom, rug & curtians but it still got a dirty vobe from it. The staff were very friendly!! Film crew who showed up our last morning took over the area.

This property is horrible! The cleaning service opened up the door to someone’s room and their two dogs ran out! I have a German Shephard who I was walking at the time and my Shepherd is very protective of me. When the loose dog came running towards me, my dog bit that other dog. My room was not only filthy, but knobs were falling off, handles were broken, sinks clogged, and floors were so dirty that the bottom of my feet were black. I have photos to prove it. I am highly disappointed and my family and I will not ever return!
