We were not allowed to do early check in (even tho there were plenty of rooms) bathtub was dirty and faucet handle was broken. Hallways were very dirty, breakfast was horrible. Asked for the laundry room and was told Inhad to walk to the hotel next door to do laundry. Way too Many guest complaining… We were a family of 4 (two children) would NOT stay there again.

We arrived for check in and provided our room. We were able to access the outside entrance w key card; however, the key didn’t wok in our door. Went to front desk to advise. Was told maintenance needed to reprogram the door. Waited over 10 mins. Went back downstairs, mind you there is no elevator at this location. Asked for a new room, which I feel they should have provided once I mentioned that the key didn’t work. It was well after the 4:00 check in time that we were checking in. Maintenance did however come and reprogram our original room we stayed in that room. The towels had some staining on them and there was visible mold around shower tiles. The tub spigot leaked. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with multiple choices. We have stayed here before and never had these issues prior.

The first room we stayed in...the bed broke when i sat down. Moved to a room 4 doors down. The microwave didnt work and there was a stain on one of the sheets. Also there was no elevator to carry suitcases, we had to walk up a flight of stairs.

This property is in dire need of an upgrade. The steps to upstairs feel aluminum as you walk and sort of give. The room had light switches that did nothing, and outlets that did not work. I had to move the microwave to the desk to use it. Two of the lamps did not turn on. The shower was fine at times and others was vibrating and making a loud knocking sound. The toilet was entirely too close to the bathroom door. There were holes in the wall. I killed two flies in the room, that were in there when I got there. And lastly, the heat was inconsistent. It was blowing like crazy and it didn’t matter if it was on auto or not. I was there for an event and the manager was ridiculous about set up time. All other staff I interacted with, were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. It was on the cheaper side so for the value it was ok. I was frustrated that the restaurant was closed both nights I stayed. I chose this hotel because of the on site restaurant. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn’t want to leave the hotel. That didn’t work out too well. The hotel is dated but ok. Small bathrooms in room, ice machine broken. About what you should expect for the price.

Confusing hotel
Hotel is a bit rundown and very hard to discern THATS The hotel because the Sure Stay sign is far away, like in another parking lot and the name on the outside of the hotel is different. VERY confusing Also, every morning at breakfast, I never saw an attendant. They’d be no milk left for the cereal and no one ask.

Great stopping place, friendly staff, basic decor
Check in was easy and the staff friendly. The hallways are a bit dated but the rooms have been more recently updated. The bathrooms were adequate but need new grout. Breakfast was a nice buffet with plenty of choices including eggs, sausages, bagels, pastries, and hot and cold drinks. This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a reasonable price, overall clean rooms, and breakfast included.

Property is run down and dirty, Smells like mold. People loitering outside the windows drinking and being loud until late and then moving the party to the rooms when security finally talked to them. This went on until 2:30 in the morning.

Who ever gave this place a 7/10 is crazy!!! The grounds and hotel building itself was filthy. The actual room itself was clean and neat but the bed was hard as a rock. It looks like it is possibly sec 8 housing.
