Great family friendly hotel. Would definitely recommend! We felt very safe here and brilliant facilities for children of all ages and the staff were amazing too! So friendly and helpful.

What a fantastic hotel
What’s a fantastic hotel, food was amazing and we upgraded to all inclusive gold when we arrived and not bed and breakfast and the drinks was all named and I couldn’t fault anything about it. The bar staff was also good made you laugh and never waited to be served enough staff on at all times. Will return with our grandson as hotel is excellent for children. Great location too.

Great hotel which is just a short walk to the main attractions and the beach. Very clean and staff are extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the heart of Benidorm

Birthday in Benidorm !
We stayed for 1 night only, we could have done with another night or two to enjoy more of the facilities but it was clean,The staff were very friendly & efficient,Check in was quick and easy,Rooms were ready on arrival,Food was fabulous,We had an enjoyable & comfortable stay,I would definitely recommend this hotel & I would stay again.

We had full board qnd the food options excellent loads of choice, fresh fish and meats a-plenty, only gripe was paying over the top for water which soon adds up when theirs six of you, went too the beach every day around a 10 minute walk, pool was nice but quite shady you have too keep moving to catch the sun, staff all work had and are friendly, would stay agin

Old spring mattresses not comfortable to sleep Reception staff great & alert, was easily able to cancel last night paid for an early departure Food somewhat repetitive & hot meal standard below average- paellas poor & dried out. Need more chef input & 1 day only margarine saturated fat, no butter.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February and had excellent time. Easy walking distance to beach/everything. We had bed and breakfast and breakfast was fantastic. Our 11 year old loved the activities in the hotel. Alex and the team were excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Though we only had a short stay it was lovely from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, especially the bar staff and the food was amazing. Best hotel i have stayed in Benidorm and i have been to a few.

Stayed here for a short break at beginning of Feb. Fabulous hotel a short walk from Levante Beach and near bother the Old and New town. Entertainment was great with 2 acts on each night. Lots of choice in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

The best all inclusive we made in Spain!
By far the best all inclusive we have been in Spain. I have been to several all inclusives before, perfect service, very friendly staff they were like your friends and you do feel that you are a guest not a costumer. Delicious food, and they ask you to eat more. Amazing drinks at the bar. Some all inclusive you get the impression that you cannot order more as it is included on your room, but here they are like ask you to take more. Upon checkout, we received a bottle of water for on the way back and some fruits. The best all inclusive in town.

Fabulous hotel, lovely and central to old and new town. Very clean and food amazing with so much choice. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there and surprisingly the hotel popped a bottle of cava and chocs in the room. Waiter, Carlos, presented us at the evening meal with a birthday cake. Great waiter. It's the touches at the hotel that makes it so lovely, calling u by your first name. Even on arrival checking in late we were presented with a bag of sandwiches fruit biscuits water. Well done to all the staff you have made our stay very memorable. We will b back. Thank u x

Fab 3 night holiday with my family
We had a fab 3 nights stay in RH Princesa hotel. The hotel location was good, 5 min walk to the beach, and also near to the old town which is nice. Our 5 year old son loved the kids entertainment and disco. The kids rep Layla was fantastic with the children. The food in hotel was nice enough for all inclusive. The indoor swimming pool was nice and warm, however disappointed that you have to pay extra for this and children can only go in at a certain time of day. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would return to the hotel again.

A decent hotel, well-organized and in a good location. The room was nice and clean and even with a bathtub. My room was on the other side of the building, and had no balcony and no sun. There is a outside pool on the ground floor, but I didn't use it. There was a safe in the room, but one needs to pay extra for its use. The dining room was nice, well-organized, but there was little Spanish food for my taste. Most guests in March were +70 year-old people from Britain and some from Spain.

Good location, clean room and good bar area. Pleasant helpful staff on reception, however, lady on indoor pool desk very rude and unhelpful. We did not know we could only have one free swim then any other visit was to pay for. Unfortunate as the (free) child's outdoor pool was closed as it was being painted and other pool unheated.

The hotel location was excellent, close to the beach, shopping and nightlife. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The variety of food was plentiful and there was always something of choice even for the fussiest of eaters.
