Property Amenities
The dedicated Congress Center is located alongside the main hotel building and stands out with its white tent-like roof. The largest hotel congress center in the country, there are 17 conference rooms in total catering from 15 to 1200 people in theater style, with views of the beach and the marina. Full audio-visual equipment is available as well as simultaneous translation and secretarial services. The hotel's Health Center is located on the lower ground floor, beside the hairdressers, on the marina side of the hotel. Guests can take a dip in the large round swimming pool, or head for the gym where there are cardiovascular and weights machines, plus treatment rooms for massages, a sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, and jetted tub (surcharges may apply for all services). There are also two outdoor pools, one for children and one for adults, with seating alongside or on the lawn, plus a children's play area, two floodlit tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a scuba diving center (open May to September). Along the marina, at ground level, is an arcade with various boutiques, shoe and sports shops, plus boat sales.

This hotel has 383 guestrooms, all of which have views of either the marina or the swimming pool and beach and are decorated in modern light wood furniture, cream walls and beige carpet, and full-length drapes, with complementing beds and seating fabrics in blue, green, or burgundy shades.
All guestrooms have tables and chairs, luggage racks, wardrobes, minibars, safes, full-length mirrors, bedside tables with lamps, chests of drawers, desks, TVs, dial-up Internet access (surcharge), framed prints and balconies with tables and chairs. They also have small garbage cans with separate sections to recycle papers, cans, and glass. Bathrooms are fully tiled, have double sinks with marble tops, bidets, shaving mirrors, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries.

“Just returned from fifth stay”
Love this hotel, its location is second to none. As soon as we arrive our holiday starts. Have stayed a total of five times now, the latest one with our 2 year old son. Great for couples and families alike. Looking forward to trip six!!
“our 5th year here!”
first stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and have only missed one year since. It is great for kids (our son was 4 on first visit, now 9) as there is a large garden/pool area at the back and it is a very short walk out to the sandy beach. Front of the hotel is where the marina is with plenty of restaurants and some shops. Had great meals every night - lots of fresh fish. Rooms appear to have been updated a bit - new curtains etc staff helpful and the choice at breakfast is great - from continental to freshly cooked omlettes, pancakes, fresh fruit and eggs bacon etc. one minor problems was the waiter service around the pool this year which was extremely slow - on one day it took at least 45 mins to get our lunch which was very disappointing as been ok in previous years. there are some changes going on in the garden with a new childrens pool and we were told a spa being built but need to check this with hotel. Generally we have a very relaxing holiday here and meet up with other couples whom we met at the hotel and they also have been coming here for many years too.
“Great Hotel (if you get the sea view)”
I was very impressed with this hotel. It is not the best 5* i have ever stayed in but was still the best in Villamoura by far. We had a sea view which made the stay terrific. The sea view is a must. Great location to beach and all bars and restaurants. The concierge were very helpful and friendly. Great size room Very clean Bad Points: No iron in room. You have to pay to get your clothes ironed. Which is a bit of a con Really poor hair dryer and we had to ask a number of times for a decent one (eventually bought up) Had to pay to use the Jacquzzi/ Sauna and Steam Rooms - very poor quality, most gyms have better. Overall, if you are staying in Villamoura and cash isnt really an issue, i would reccomend it, best location and view by far.
“A Week to Remember”
What can I say outstanding hotel couldn't do enough. Would recommend this hotel if you are a couple wanting to relax in the day and enjoy a good night out and also for families the hotel it's self provided everything you could ask for and more. From a large cot in the room to sterilising bottles. Lovely staff amazing restaurant in the hotel it's a must eat there.

Quite simply the Tivoli Marina offers excellent value for a 5 star hotel. I believe you can pay a lot more in Vilamoura for the same quailty. The hotel appears to have been recently decorated and the inside looks far better than its slightly outdated building. Service throughout was excellent, of course everything is a little more expensive than outside but the service and quality is worth every extra Euro. The rooms were clean, provided everything you need, were cleaned and had beds turned down everyday. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was never a problem getting beds around the pool, towels are provided, so cut down on weight in your suitcase and leave your own at home. Puro beach (previously Nikki beach) seemed much quieter than previously and even on their Party nights there was no noise once the patio doors were closed. Hugh selection at breakfast and even in July very easy to find a table either inside or outside. We had 2 great meals in hotel restaurant Peppers, again just a bit more than you would pay aound the marina, but worth every Euro due to the excellent service and beautiful airconditioned surroundings (and View). As I said excellent value 5 star hotel, I have no complaints at all and will definatly return.

The most beautiful view of the ocean and marina area in Vilamoura. The staff went out of their way to please. The morning buffet was one of the best. They offered free shuttle service to and from the golf courses each day I played. It's proximity to dining and night life were superb. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
“will certainly visit again”
we stayed in this hotel for two nights and were very impressed with the whole setup. the evening meal was a gourmet evening to remember and the restaurant staff also including all other service staff were very helpfull and polite. The breakfasts were excellent with a wonderfull full buffet. We shall certainly be visiting the tivoli marinotel again.
“Very nice hotel”
Great views over the marina - although sometimes a little noisey at night from the bars. Bit of a pain if a conference is on as they close the poolside coffee shop - but you can get hot drinks in the bar.
“Looking forward to going back next year”
This was our second visit to this hotel. Ocean one side of the hotel and marina with restaurants the other side. Relaxing pool area, spa, nice rooms and bathrooms - and you can play golf if you want to.
