To help make your stay as relaxing as possible, Tivoli Lagos provides a permanent shuttle service to the Duna Beach Club, which has beach facilities offering fun for adults and children. Situated right on the Meia Praia, Duna Beach is the ideal setting for parties, banquets and even beach weddings. Only a few metres from the entertainment at the Marine Life Centre, and a few kilometres from the best golf courses in the Algarve, this welcoming 4-star hotel is an equally excellent choice for weekend visits and family holidays. The Tivoli Lagos is smoke-free in all indoor public areas except the white lounge.

The hotel offers 324 air-conditioned guestrooms in nine white and pale-yellow buildings up to four stories high that are terraced into a hillside. Balconies and terraces are furnished with two chairs and a cocktail table. Carpeted rooms include pastel or white walls and ceilings and come with fabric colors in blue, green, or wine. Furnishings include two sitting chairs and a makeup desk.

"PÁTEO VELHO" RESTAURANT- Original Restaurant and GrillSmoke free (indoors)You will be impressed by the à la carte service in a typically Portuguese atmosphere, where you can try the deliciously fresh fish and meat, grilled to a turn. The Pateo Velho has its own terrace, perfect for moonlight Summer dinners. Capacity: 30 guests inside, 30 in the outside terrace. (Table booking is recommended) Opening hours: 19.30h to 22.00h (dinner).
LUNA BAR LOUNGESmoke freeIn the heart of the Tivoli Lagos, the lobby bar enjoys plenty of natural light, with direct access to gardens, swimming pool and the Lacóbriga restaurant, is the ideal meeting point. The live music in the evenings makes it the perfect setting for your favourite drink in a live and relaxed ambiance. We now have a new drinks list designed by the wine expert Anibal Coutinho, and which includes numerous Luna cocktails.Opening hours: 10.00-01.00 (winter until 00.00).
SWIMMING POOL BAR A favourite place for a refreshing glass of white wine, or a light lunch, after some laps in the swimming pool and some serious sunbathing.This facility is available is Summer Time from 10H00 to 18H00 and is an alternative to the Beach Bar “A Duna” (pls see description below).
DUNA BEACH RESTAURANT (Indoor, non-smoking restaurant)This restaurant serving an exciting new concept in light meals - finger-food - is open throughout the year and all day. In the summer from April to October, an extended menu service is available during the day (from 12.30 to 17.00) with a wide selection of Mediterranean flavours.At night, from 20.00 to 22.30, during summer, with a superb view of the beach and sea you can enjoy stylish Portuguese and international cuisine. As night falls, after dinner and until the early hours of the morning there is a full bar service and mixology cocktails, and the entertainment starts. Parties and events with the beach as the backdrop.The restaurant can hold up to 120 people and there is space outside for a further 200.In winter, the Duna Beach Club opens from 10.00 to 18.00 (with shuttle service).The Duna Beach Club can provide the service and ideas for private parties for friends, families and companies.Getting married? “Lagos gem”
This hotel was beautiful and quite a good value for the money. The staff were very helpful from the front desk to the pool to the shuttle driver. It can be a bit confusing to navigate through the place as they have added on and so you can go from floor 0 to floor 3 on the same level. A nice breakfast is included getting you off to a good start to the day. The hotel is worth a look. I was there for New Year's Eve and I enjoyed it a lot. It is close to the marina, bus station and city sights.

“Second time around”
I went here with my wife and two teenage sons in July 2008 and we decided then to return on our own so we've just had five days in October. On the first trip we had a club room and this time we had a standard one. We were initially put in a twin room but on asking for a double the hotel could not have been more accomodating, we were shown the new room for approval, an offer was made to transport our one case for us and it was all wrapped up as we did the move. No complaints about the room except the bed wasn't comfortable for me, my wife was fine. We will definitely go again but I think the extra space and touches like tea making facilities make the extra cost of the club room worthwhile. This is a proper hotel not a Benidorm special and it was busy even in October. The staff are welcoming and efficient, breakfast was plentiful and tasty and we had a great time. Lagos is a quiet resort split between the old town and the marina but there has been a lot of development. It doesn't intrude on the hotel but go before it gets too big.
“Good place to stay”
Second time here, really love it, the beach club is fab, and the pool is great. All really clean. Only bad experience was checking out, when reception rudely demanded their towels back that we'd left in our room, and then they tried to hide that they'd added EUR2 for each night to balance our carbon footprint - i personally hate this type of guilt charity, so asked for it to be removed, which they made their disapproval of very clear. However, one bad experience of many good ones, great location, quiet, walking distance to town. Would recommend.
“Lovely Hotel”
Hotel Tivoli is a lovely hotel, Very clean,, attractive lounges,good facilities, friendly staff, good food. The only drawback for us was the length of our journey we left home at 3am and didnt arrive at our hotel until 11pm we could have travelled much further in that time. This didnt spoil our holiday though we had a lovely Christmas and new years holiday
“Wonderful hotel”
This hotel is fantastic. Its public areas are spacious and our room was lovely, quiet, clean with beautiful views of the town and the sea from the balcony. Breakfast was abundant and taken in a bright, airy room and was available from 7.30 am to 10.30 am - surely suiting everybody's morning agenda. Staff were very polite and always helpful and never imposing but happy to chat if you wanted. It has a health club with indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool - not that we needed it as its proximity to the vast sandy beach was too enticing! I cannot recommend it enough!
“Terrific Hotel in Lagos”
Terrific hotel in Lagos, but a bit difficult to find. About a 20 minute walk into the center of town. However, a few Brit Pubs next to it. Parking lot is a bit rought, but free. Internet connected computers in several places (uses European keyboards). Breakfast buffet was a bit slim but nice. Oh yes, my wife loved the Spa and the massage (reasonable).
“Want to go back again.”
This hotel was very good from cleanliness to service and friendly english spoken staff.As i dont speak any portugese, the Hotel was well organised with it's very own bus for guests to get around, also has entertainment on three nights per week and this was in low season. well done Tivoli.Rooms were very clean,spaceous and comfortable, lining and towels changed regular, coffee bar topped up daily.
“Quiet Break”
I would fully recoment this hotel for those that need to get away. It would be fantastic in the peak of summer, it was lovely when we were there just quiet in April. Service was brilliant and the facitilities were of a very good standard.
“Used Hotel Tivoli previously and will certainly use again”
Excellent hotel with pleasant and caring staff. A very high quality Buffet breakfast is provided. I guess Dinner would be the same, but as I always ate in restaurants in Lagos town, I cannot express an opinion based on experience. I would always try to book Hotel Tivoli when staying in Lagos; it is a very good hotel with excellent facilities. Hope to return later this year!
