Lovely roof top bar & pleasant staff, breakfast decent. Hotel rooms where dated, mold in shower, dirt on floors & strange odour in room. Also construction outside room ment balcony was unusable. This hotel has seen better days.

A very nice hotel, fourth time we have stayed in it. Breakfast was very good - enjoyed listening to the pianist each morning. Excellent views from rooftop bar. Our room overlooked the pool with views over the town. Room looked a little tired in places and in need of a refresh. Plenty of storage, comfortable beds.

The hotel was in a great location just outside of the Old Town, but an easy walk down the hill. Uncovered parking was free. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices. Overall, we were very happy with this property and would stay there again. 1 minor complaint for us girls with long hair - no hair conditioner :(

This hotel is perfectly located, easy walking to the centre of town, restaurants, and all amenities. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is over to top. The rooftop lounge is perfect for afternoon unwinding.

The hotel is well located in Tavira, far away enough from the town although it is but a 5 minute walk away. Check in was straightforward, staff were friendly and polite. The hotel room is clean and in decent condition although a bit dated. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was a plus in the evenings, we were able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. The poolside environment is relaxed with plenty of deckchairs and a good poolside bar. In the evening the rooftop bar and restaurant has live music. We went for drinks and snacks and it was chilled out although service could be a little slow at times due to number of guests. It was great value for the location and with excellent access to Tavira town centre. We would recommend it for a holiday in Tavira.

Great pool view from balcony. Great breakfast. Lots of storage for your clothes and stuff. Large bathroom vanity and countertop. A negative is shower water takes about 4 minutes to get hot.

Nice hotel, good location
Great location and views. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is just okay. Looks great, but overall food and flavors are fair. Stayed in a suite which we liked, but could use some TLC. Regular rooms are small, but nice. WiFi is the worst. I am happy to recommend a stay, but go somewhere else for breakfast and have a good international cellular plan.

Nice hotel on a hill overlooking the city. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Nice pool and great breakfast. Walkable to attractions and restaurants if ok with lots of hills and stairs. Tavira is a beautiful quiet city - highly recommend and if you like the beach, Ilha Tavira is amazing.

The property was beautiful. Very well maintained and clean. I feel the staff are over worked. There are very few staff at the pool bar and restaurants based on the number of customers. The staff seemed unhappy but I would guess it is because they are working so hard. The front desk staff didn’t seem to have the same challenges. The staff at the pool and restaurant were very kind and accommodating but in my opinion they were being worked too hard. The cleaning room staff were not very friendly but they did an excellent job. If you have celiac it is a bit challenging getting gluten free items. At the pool bar. The only option is the salads. The other items are cooked in the same fryer with gluten. Dinner was even harder to get gluten free. They did have some fish options but it was very limited. That said you are super close to downtown where you can get more accommodations for gluten.
