“Great Hotel”
The hotel was extremely clean, pool was great and only a short walk down to the old town. Cocktails from the bar near the pool were cheap and definitely worth trying. The hotel is highly recommended.
“We would definately go back to this Hotel”
Our family have just returned from the Boa Vista Hotel and found this to be a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in a very good location in the old part of Albufeira, with fantastic views overlooking the beach. Our room was good, and the air conditioning worked absolutely fine, with high and low temperature control, and it wasnt noisy in the slightest, therefore enabling us to enjoy a good nights sleep. The hotel is very professional, and the food was of an excellent quality. That said the staff were a bit stiff, but not unfriendly, just old fashioned in their approach towards the guests, but that is not something that bothered us, we dont like any fuss anyway. The pool was great, our son thoroughly enjoyed swimming in it as much as he could, and it was the same as any other pool, temperature wise, that we have ever had the pleasure of abroad. I say this because I had previously read a review somewhere that one of the guests had said the pool was cold. They must have gone off season and maybe didnt have the weather that we had. All in all, we would be happy to go back to the Boa Vista

Very satisfied with the hotel---problem walking back from the town--if you are less than 50 years it's probably ok but at 82 !!!!!
“Dour staff”
An unusual Hotel with superb views over the bay and the resort. It is unusual in its decor which was interesting and quirky. In a great position for views but a hilly walk to the main town. We would recomend it and possibly return BUT the staff are unsmiling infact miserable.

wonderful choice, the Boa Vista hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable, ideally located for a stroll to town and the taxi home is very cheap. Would love to go back for a full week next time
“disappointing”
This hotel has definitely seen better days. Our first room was terrible (dirty/stained), we moved up a couple floors, had a better view (which was truly spectacular) and were in a renovated room. Staff was not very friendly and it was weird being in an almost empty place. But the location and view were great.
“Très décevant”
Hôtel bien situé car très près du centre. La piscine est très bien et les vues sur mer des chambres très sympa. Mais les chambres sont petites, très très vieillotes (salle de bain et chambre probablement non refaite depuis 20 ans), aucun confort et surtout pas du tout insonorisées. Le personnel est très peu aimable. A notre arrivée vers 14h00 nous n'avons pas pu avoir des serviettes dans la salle de bain. Après plusieurs réclamations nous les avons finalement eues vers 20h. Celles-ci ne sont pas changées tous les jours et le plus souvent usées et déchirées.
