“Good hotel. On the high end for that area.”
Clean and comfortable hotel. Not much of a lobby or public space. People very nice.
“What a dump”
Like all Sheratons in Egypt it needs to been torn down for the good of the public. It is worn and past it's prime. The area around the hotel is a mess also. Does not even rate a star.
“Extremely comfortable”
The hotel was very elegant and the service was outstanding. The room was modern in style and comfort.

The hotel is excellent especially when you get rooms at the top floors and infront of the see. The only disadvantage of this hotel is that, there is only few resturants near by it.
“Beautiful Hotel, really great!”
Everything about this hotel is great. The only thing that might be a bonus or a detractor depending on what you want is that it is about 15 miles or so from the center of the action in town. So if you want peace and quiet, this is for you!
“I will do it again”
The hotel located in suitable location close to well known restaurants and coffee shops, and important feature that has a private, clean beach. Through the balcony you can see the wonderful sea view.
“we got lucky with an upgrade”
We waited in line for about 30 minutes to check in, but then were upgraded to an amazing room; so we got lucky and that's probably reflected in the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I tried booking on the phone and the service was horrible. So booked here, and it was cheaper too! But the upgrade and the incredible view worked in their favour and sucked me in to liking the whole experience. The beach is good and not too crowded (except for the plastic marine life). A long way to downtown though, but some places to eat in the area and the castle to check out makes this a good spot for our first visit to Alexandria (we live in Cairo). The breakfast was worth the 8usd, but it was included with our room as a standard thing. But worth the money if it wasn't.
“Very satisfactory”
The hotel was so comfortable, people was so helpful, breakfast and restaurants were great, room was satisfactorily clean and comfortable. However, watch out for the boistered check-out payment. They charged me some abundant payments for services that I never used (for example telephone bills). On the other hand, they easily corrected their wrong about the payment. Be careful anyway, because it is Egypt :)

The breakfast was very good. The people serving us were very helpful and polite.
“awesome view and excellent hotel”
the hotel is situated in a very nice spot, has a wonderful breathtaking view of the sea and the royal Montaza palace and gardens. The staff are very nice, and helpful. Food was great.
