Matelas très dur. Le ménage n’était pas très bien fait, A mon arrivé il y avait des mégots dans un cendrier sur les balcon, et a mon départ trois jours plus tard ils étain toujours la. A part cela c’était correcte. Pourquoi un mini bar 'sil est toujours vide?

I traveled with my family. We arrived late just before midnight. It was really tricky to find the hotel even with 3 brand of gps (35mn kept turning around the area). A lot of construction around it will make almost impossible to access. The room was not ready to accommodate 4 of us, even though we booked for 4. I asked for a second room so the kids can sleep straight away and the manager tried to sell it double the price. At the end I had to book it in a rush with Expedia before midnight at $116, when it was on their website at 70. And the manager kept asking for 150 !!! Finally the manager was so rude that he pretended to give the kids free breakfast while I booked the first room with breakfast for the 4 of us. There is a lot of construction just next to the hotel as they are extending so do not expect to wake up late.

NICE BUT 1 HOUR OUTSIDE OF TOWN
The hotel is a long way outside of Alexandria near a huge petrochemical plant. It is also quite hard to find the entrance unless you know to stop at the guarded gate with no signs. Also Uber to get there is cheap but taxi to get back, Uber is not allowed past the gate, is 3x the Uber cost. Then they offered us a “private tour for 750EGP vs 350 for the taxi but it was only 3 hours and used up one hour just getting back to town and the driver did not speak English so it was not a tour just a car and driver.

My stay was very good. HOTEL was very clean and the genaral staff was very very nice and helpful. The only two staff members that were not helpful were one of the receptionist lady that I asked her where can i get some change for a 100 pound bill and where can I exchange some US dollars and she (rudely) answered me (I don't know). An answer that should never come out of a receptionist of a reputable Hotel like Radisson blu. Same answer came from the concierge on the counter next to the reception area. I got the change i need and the information for where to exchange currency from the Most friendly face in this Hotel.(The restaurant manager during breakfast) Also the Kids pool was closed.

Big size room but everything else was disappointing. Bad quality of service, bad food, nothing to do with what I’ve saw in the pictures, very small gym and swimming pool was disappointing. No maintenance of the hotel and unprofessional employees. Price don’t reflect at all the quality of this hotel. Don’t recommend.

Great Stay a little far away from the City
We stayed in the Radisson Blu in a recent trip to Alexandria, 4 friends in 2 rooms. They were amazing accommodating us with early check-ins since we had been traveling for close to 30 hours. The food was good. The personnel super friendly. It's far away from the city so plan to spend in taxis or ubers for at least 45 minutes.

The floor in the room had sand or some other small particles on it, which is unpleaseant, while no slippers where provided. The hotel was a bit worn down generally/not ready built. Renovation near the gym/spa area made the air very dusty and impossible to use without health risk. Very good breakfast service with fresh pressed juices, instant chef made omelettes etc. Good and fast room service. Good service at the reception. Good security. A good 3 star or a bad 4 star hotel.

Very poor hotel for a Radisson Brand
Service was emotionless and done because they had to. No smiles and no extra effort or going out of their way to make the experience good. To many points to explain here! No problems with room - excellent. (no bottled water every day though!) Hotel had no character, nothing to do, hotel is in the middle of no-where or rather a very run down area There was a lot of choice with food but it was tasteless and breakfast was really well done but always cold. Hotel would not let us get local taxis and we had to use theirs at an extortionate price I checked the reviews before I booked and do not agree with them. I would not recommend this hotel. Old fashioned and out dated. Front counter manager was a terrible representative for the hotel - very rude, abrupt and seriously lacking in cusomer service skills (Ahmed)
