Dirty floors, smoke detector hanging by it's wires from the ceiling, bed frame made a loud noise like banging on a drum when you first sat on it, fiberglass tub had cracks like someone had tried to clean a large item in it.

The hot water from the shower I liked. Leaks around the HVAC unit and front door I did not like. Breakfast was a turn-off. I stayed there a year ago and the food was much better.

Staff that checked us in was wonderful!! But the room was horrible! Hair all on the floor and tub/shower and sink. Table was dirty. And just offered waffles and cereal for breakfast.

Once we arrived in the room, we had brought everything inside. Traveling with an infant and small child, has its challenges. I opened the microwave and it was dirty, previous guests must have spilled food and it was not cleaned up. There were dead bugs on the floor, mirror was not clean. I called the front desk to see if housekeeping could clean, but was told there is not ant housekeeping available. We were offered to get a different room, however, after driving 4 hours, unloading everything, we decided to stay in that room. We had somewhere to be, needed to get ready. Definitely not worth what I paid for, for that mess, I could’ve stayed in Motel 6.

Brenda was very friendly and helpful. She got us pool towels and recommended a delicious restaurant for our dinner. The only issue was the bed in room #104 had a problem. The bedframe at the foot of the bed was noisy. Other than that, our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool.

I loved the staff and they were quite professional. I know it's an old establishment but yall need to clear away that rusty trim on the stair cases. Other then that, I have no complaints.

the staff is very helpful, professional and courteous, and customer service friendly. I like that they had a washer and dryer on site but it cost too much for travelers to waste money on one load at a time to wash and dry clothing. Smokers rooms really need deep cleaning- bedding, tissue needs to be exchanged if they are going to allow smoking in the rooms. Breakfast could be a lot better-less carbs and more energy and healthy foods needs to be set out.

I never stay at Motel 6 because of the amount of noise transmitted through the walls - this hotel is just like that. I could hear a smoke cough from outside the room, Poor sound insulation.

This Quality Inn is a very nice, clean place to stay. Check-in was quick and easy; the evening and morning staffs were cordial and friendly! There is a very good restaurant across the parking lot; and there are many more within just a few blocks. I will stay here again.

I made my reservation several days before and when I arrived to check in, the room they gave me was not ready, it was open and dirty, the manager told me wait for the beds to be made for you, I actually entered the room at 3: 48 and I finished making the beds, he told me that everything was clean and it was not like that, the bathroom was dirty, the sink, the fridge and the microwave, I thank the girl from the front desk who came up and tried to do her best . The pool is closed with green water, they have to improve cleaning the rooms

They are still renovating. The rooms are done per se but not all the blinds/curtains might be up. I would recommend a room not facing the direction of the interstate. There is a big red sign that if the curtains don't black that out you will be lit all night. The breakfast is still limited due to I am not sure. Coffee is gone at the end of breakfast service which was a bit odd. But on the whole the experience was good the bed new and clean. The room nice. Alexandria is not but to look at but we felt safe and it was more that worth the price.
