We had a very enjoyable time here at Pollentia Club Resort, the facilities were definitely up to 4star standard with enough to keep you busy or space to relax. The indoor spa is a must and very well maintained. Room was adequate and had a lovely view of the adult pool and some gardens, . No need to pay for accommodation upgrade as if travelling in an all adult group you're automatically placed in the adult only area first, depending on availability of course-perfect if like us you're wanting to get away from the little ones, adult only restaurant/pool/accommodation blocks. The activity programme is well thought out and we enjoyed the archery and shooting. Great selection of food, whatever the time of day or evening. We would stay again without hesitation.
The staff were friendly and cheerful. The hotel had a wonderfully calm and peaceful atmosphere. I very much appreciated the fact that I was not forced to listen to evening entertainment, although perhaps some people may disagree with me on that. I had a standard room rather than a suite but it was more than adequate (I was travelling alone) . I enjoyed the fact that the fridge in my room was empty on arrival. I could have arranged to have a mini bar but I usually find they include lots of things I do not want and not enough of what I do want. This way I could stock it very cheaply as I pleased. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. I cannot fault my stay in this hotel.

Good hotel. Very nice room with sea view and excellent breakfasts. They put on breakfast at 05:00 on race day which was a very big tick in the box. It was about a mile walk along the seafront to the main event location on the beach and less than a kilometre up the road to Transition.

Great hotel, very helpful and polite staff.
Make sure you book the room with a sea view, totally worth it. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean cannot be any better.
Location is perfect, right on a white sand beach.
Staff are very polite and very friendly.
You can book excursions, rent bicycles, book for watersport activities in the hotel.
Public buses stop right next to the hotel which can take you anywhere in the island.
Vegetarian options in dinner is very limited. But that wouldn't be a problem for most.
Will surely book our stay here next year.

The hotel is beautifully situated by the beach. The food is buffet based but all fresh, meat and fished cooked on the griddle. The range of food is excellent too; fresh fruit, pasta, salads and special dishes. There are two pool areas and and indoor pool and gyms. The in-house cycle hire has 100's in stock with a package for drinks and a snack for the ride. There are also organised rides of different levels if you wish. The staff are polite and efficient. There are not many Brits who stay there, the majority of customers being German or Swiss but it creates a good atmosphere and ensure good service! I rated the room comfort low as we had some significant noise from the aircon blowers.

Lovely apartments, clean, toiletries, faux wood floor instead of tiles which I liked. Kitchenette was ample for our needs (breakfast and odd lunch), comfortable seating, decent balcony, TV had an English film channel and BBC1 and BBC2 (for those of us with kids and unable to go out in evening!) - DVD player would've been good. Wifi was sometimes intermittent. Tried buffet dinner in restaurant once, no complaints, had a kids buffet at other end of room which was cute. Kids activities each evening, playground, kids club, table tennis and massive chess and connect4 games, Spar on site (didn't sell bread but plenty of Spars that did nearby), numerous pools and kiddie one, pool bar sold lunch type food, not beach-front but a couple minute's walk if that. We went in May so was reasonably full without ever running out of sun beds or queueing for ages for anything. Imagine it's different story in school holidays. We also took taxi to Alcudia old town and Pollentia for €10, recommend, lovely markets on Tues/Sun.

Well my experience at this resort was great .I'm going to start of with The good points then the not so good points .
The good points are amazing hotel the pools are amazing there are 2 hotels on this resort they are albufera park & albufera playa . They are shared hotels which were great experiencing all the facilities . The staff was wonderful very happy and always smiling and always happy to help .
Not so good points - basically don't go at this resort out of season like I did especially all inclusive like snack time between breakfast & lunch & dinner there are no snax available there is only ice cream which my kids were very disappointed I did let the manager know but she did nothing I think her name was catalina . No hardly activities to do for adults also from kids under 3 years old have to be with there parents . The outdoor pools was cold . Also there are no water parks opened either they only open June.
We were staying with a 13 and 11 year old. Had a one bedroom apartment for 4. One double bed and 2 sofa beds in the living area plenty of space for us all. We were AI so didn't use cooking facilities however fridge was useful to keep drinks cold. Nice pool area with 2 pools. Access to 7km long beach which was soft white sand and clear sea. Lots of activities on beach for older children including wind surfing and sailing. Abundance of food at all times of the day in restaurant, you could also pop off the beach and have lunch and afternoon cakes etc in the bar restaurant. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Did not like Alcudia itself however would recommend a trip to the old town, 30 min walk or 5 euro taxi ride, market days are Tuesday and Friday and there are plenty of great Tapas bars. Perfect hotel for a week on the beach. Tip you won't need beach/pool towels you can use hotels for a deposit of 10euros which is returned when you leave and you can have fresh towels everyday if you want.
The original walled Old Town of Alcúdia is well worth a visit for its reconstructed medieval streets and Roman remains. By contrast the resort area is thoroughly modern with high-rise hotels and tourist shops around the bay. The beach is one of Mallorca’s biggest (15 kilometres) and best, with various water sports on offer. To escape the crowds visit the adjacent S’Albufera nature reserve.
