This motel was worth the money. The room was clean, comfortable and mostly updated. The staff at the desk was friendly and the coffee was good. I was passing through the area and would stay here again.

I stayed here on my way to Monument Valley and on the way back. Clean rooms, hot water, and some restful sleep! Also convenient location for my trip! The staff was very friendly each time!

I booked the hotel so that I could arrive in town for an emergency hoping to get a few hours of sleep and a nice hot shower before having to return to the emergency in the AM and then having to go directly to work in the morning. The property was very clean I was impressed with how courteous the staff were and how nice everything was until I tried to take a bath or a shower and there was no hot water it was freezing cold on a night that was Frosty outside that was a real bummer! Everything else was good I was surprised but the shower and the hot bath before work the next morning was a priority and not able to happen

Nice motel.
Was a great stay. Room was very comfortable and clean. All n all great. The breakfast was a little bit cheesy all that was offered was instant oatmeal,apple & blue berry muffins. Coffee & juice also. Clerk Celeste’s was very friendly.

My room was clean. I didn't get up on time for breakfast so no comment on that. The elevator was out of service in the morning. It was a big room, with a separate living area. The bed was clean and comfortable. The sink actually drained well, which isn't common in hotels. I had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker. Nice TV and channel options and the remote worked! If you are expecting the Taj Mahal you will be disappointed , but if you have reasonable expectations of a cheap hotel, you will find this one to be very nice.

Free breakfast was tiny muffin in plastic. When asked if that was only thing available the front desk guy was super rude. Not worth you guys advertising a free breakfast and he could learn a lesson in customer service. Will not stay here again.

Hotel lobby smelt like pot. Overall dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Objects I pictures enlarged for detail lol. Bathroom not even big enough change clothes. “Breakfast” consisted of juice, coffee and individually wrapped muffins. No cereal or waffles like pictured in booking listing.

GREAT service. Check-in was fast and the employee was extremely helpful. My only complaint was that breakfast was a packaged muffin and juice. We just went across the street to Denny's. Great place for a quick night.

The receptionist was really miss personally (she didn’t have any). She asked if the second floor was ok , I said yes as long as there was an elevator and she said there was no elevator. I advised then 2nd floor was not ok (I am 82). She acted like it was an inconvenience to get a room on the first floor. Is that in compliance with assistance for the handicap? When we used the sink we noticed that the drain stopped was down and the water stayed in the sink. The handle to control the up and down position was removed. After awhile the water would go down but, it was nasty when you have two people using the sink. In the morning when I told the person at the front desk he advised me that they had removed the drain control for the sinks but, he did not know why. That is just plan unsanitary.

The good: our maid did an exceptional job. She obviously works hard and is cheerful, too. We told her we were pleased (and tipped her). The bad: this motel is old and tired, needs a lot of upgrades. Has no elevator and steep stairways with no landing to break up the climb to 2nd floor with heavy bags. Tub/shower unsafe, does not have sufficient anti-skid surface or grab bar to prevent slipping. Mattresses cheap and thin, bed shakes when turning over at night. Walls very thin, could hear guests talking in neighboring rooms and hallway. Breakfast is skimpy, cheap cellophane wrapped muffins, fruit, drinks. Night desk staff did not tell us upon check-in that we needed to ask for maid service if we want clean towels, etc. the next day. (The man on day service did apologize for this). Also, night desk staff did not answer phone when I called with questions right after check-in. I had to go downstairs to talk to her... two staff were just sitting and visiting at a table only a few steps from the desk when I got there. (It was not very late, about 8pm. Plus, I had called ahead to let them know we would be checking in after 6pm, due to severe slowdown and re-routing on I-40 East). For cost of $158 on Thurs night, $212 each on Fri/Sat nights, and $85 on Sunday night, Super 8 should do a lot better than this.
