Check out experience was exceptional!
There were no pans and utensils so we have to provide them... Check in took time for computer reasons. But the Sunday morning shift lady was very professional and listened to my concern in a very sympathetic way and offered me a tea and gave a 5 page print-out to the event that I asked about. It is like 5 star hotel service and all my image about this hotel changed but I have a feeling that she might be head-hunted by other hotels soon.

The staff Daniel had horrid customer service and is a liar. I arrived at 1:30pm after traveling with a dog for 8 hours. I asked if he can get us a room. He said no until 3pm. I left to go to lunch and returned 2:45pm. I asked if I can sit in the lobby. He said "no" since it's their policy to not have anyone in the lobby. This was a surprised since the mailman was eating his lunch in the lobby. He told me I can sit at the gazebo until 3pm. I returned at 3pm and Daniel said he was counting his drawer and could not help. I asked if he can help since his replacement shift did not arrive and it was already 3:15pm. He assigned a 2nd floor room when I requested a first floor room. He stated there was not one available. This was a lie since there were more first floor rooms than cars in the parking lot. I walked my dog the following morning and Daniel expired my key card the night before. Fortunately the security guard let me in so I can pack since no one was working in the lobby. I can forgive the condition of the hotel but Daniel was rude, possibly racist, a liar, and is not a good representative of your company.

The worst! Overpriced at free!
It was supposed to be a non smoking room, but the room reeked of smoke. I use a CPAP and the smell got into my machine and left me breathing the smell for days after my stay. The floors were filthy and the chairs stained horribly. Curtains and bedding were all very old, tattered and smelled happy of smoke. Internet was weak, and no phone in the room at all. I won't be back, and don't recommend to anyone!

Desk clerk on check-in was very nice. Room was dated but clean, bed comfortable. However I will not be returning because of these issues: Several people gathered right outside my door on and off just about all night. Very loud, at times I couldn’t even hear my television. As an elderly woman traveling alone I was not willing to confront them. In the morning I tried to leave at 6:30, but apparently the office doesn’t open until 7. I waited until shortly after 7 but still office was not opened. I would not have been concerned but it was explained to me when I checked in the the $100 deposit that was required would be returned only after housekeeping had checked the room for any damage or theft. I wished to accompany housekeeping, but I was not able to stay any longer as I had a long day of driving ahead of me. An hour after I left I attempted to call the hotel but there was no answer at the phone number that I was given the night before. When I had tried to call security, a recording stated that the number was out of service. The excessive noise, exorbitant deposit, lack of service all combined to make my stay barely tolerable. I will not be staying here in the future.

Great price. Pets stay only $10 per night. Good location for a one night stay being very close to I 40. Breakfasts was a joke though and some of the place was very run down.

The odor in the room stuck in our things even though it was only in the room for about 15 min. I book this place because it was supposed to have a gym. It had two treadmills but neither was working. As soon as I checked out the room and gym I went back to the office . They wanted me to be happy and offered to refund my money. They explained that they were going through renovations but they shouldn't even be offering these rooms.

Chose this hotel over others similarly priced due to nice breakfast shown in the photos. False advertising. Breakfast consisted of a pastry (limit one) and coffee. Room had two weak lamps, one of which did not work. Coffee maker was missing the pot. Very disappointing

For the price ok with minir issues.
Kinda started of bad, property list as Suburban stay but office that indicated was closed. Office next door was for Roadway Inn. This was the office as the property was changing names. No indication that was the correct office until entered an saw front desk uniform stating Suburban property. Room was ok however a few problems since was a no smoking room and checkin required me to initial that I understood that 90% of rooms were non smoking since I requested a non smooking room. Arrived at room as smelled of cigarette smoke. Direct TV reciever was unplugged and seemed remote did not work. Disconnected additional IR Sensor as it didnt work so then had to then pointed remote at enterance door to use remote. Toilet seat was very loose an had to hand tighten bolts to prevent sliding. Tub was very slippery and plumbing there was very wobbly. As I was going to shave i noticed a large pile of ciggarette ash on towel bar over sink where someone had laid cigarette. Mentioned to front desk and just got apology when also mentioned initail on checkin for nonsmm.king room.

The front desk person was great both check in and in the morning. The area was a little sketchy but they had a security guard who kept an eye on the trailer I was hauling and I slept well and felt safe

Service by the the staff, namely Theresa and Scotty, went beyond their duties to assist me during my stay. Very friendly and helpful in assistance when I checked in with wrong dates and also had a dead battery on my car

The lobby was uninviting, waited long time to get served, room dingy & dark, room numbers unreadable unless you walk right up to idoor, cigarette burns in bedspreads, badly stained carpet, holes in in tiles by the grab bar, toilet flush lever loose and malfunctioning, no shampoo or soap in shower,. No coffee, Furniture sticky and dilapidated, pay extra for room service,. Description says breakfast included, but that was not true either. This motel deserves negative stars.
