Somethings were broken but they were working on repairing them. The parking was a little confusing. The staff was amazing specifically Chantelle. I hope I spelled her name right. The rooms were alright. The lighting seems a little limited. The beds were okay but not terrible. I kinda wish the bathroom lights and fan had separate switched but we made do. Over all it wasnt a bad place and I would visit again.

Avoid this place. First the good: - The rooms were quite large. They comfortably fit my family of 5. - The room had an elongated toilet. - The mattresses were reasonably comfortable. All the bad: - There was only one staff person on site, so checking in, checking out, cleaning, and anything else was only being done by one person. We had to wait 20 minutes to check in. - The elevator was very dirty and sticky. Like it had juice spilled on it and hadn't been cleaned for a week. It was terribly slow and also wouldn't go to the third floor. Luckily we were on the second floor but another family with 3 children had to walk up to the third floor with all their luggage. - The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would expect from a hotel. The tub has several moldly areas and hairs. - The breakfast was pretty bad and the pancake machine was broken. We went elsewhere for breakfast after the first day. - Their policy is that they don't clean the room but every 3rd day. So despite paying the same amount for each day we had messy rooms for the 2nd and 3rd day. - On our last morning, the cleaning crew let themselves in while my wife was taking a shower despite the fact we hadn't checked out and it was before checkout time. - The hotel did not provide Do Not Disturb hangers - The hot water was intermittent at best. I took 2/3 showers in barely-warm water TLDR: Do not stay here. A Motel 6 would probably have been a better experience at 1/2 the cost.

The bathroom light/fan was extremely noisy and the bathroom door needed oiling. The outlets on one side of the bed didn’t work. Other than that, things were good!

Property was very diety and very noisy. Tried to swim but there was no towels. Hot tub water was so dirty and brown. Breakfast items were limited. Hotel had a box of muffins from Walmart to give out for breakfast. Advertised items such as French toast and fresh cracked eggs were unavailable. Front desk staff was very rude when inquired about towels.

The elevator was not working correctly. We had to come out at 2nd level and take stairs up to get to the 3rd level. The swimming pool was super cold, was not heated. Other than that, room was clean and staff was very welcoming.

The pool was limited with seating and there was no towels to be used in the area. We used our towels from our rooms and when we asked for more, there was no more towels in the whole hotel. The jacuzzi jets timer switch was hanging on by the wires that power the jets. We got a room for 5 and there was only 3 towels and wash cloths.

This hotel was ok, was pretty clean, staff was not the best, when got in the girl seemed distracted and not very friendly or welcoming! Our keys stopped working after our first night! On our last day there was no hot water and when I called the front desk to ask about it, she said I know , there’s nothing I can do about it! Very frustrating!

When we arrived at 4, we were told that housekeeping was behind schedule and had to wait 30 minutes. We left for am hour and a half and our room still wasn't ready. The pool didn't have towels and our sofa bed didn't have sheets. They were polite about everything, but it was inconvenient.

Found used tissue between mattress and headboard, window shading (both black out curtain and shading) not closing completely (they were permanently stuck and we were told that they'll be fixed the next day - is was still not working the next day) and there were police officers present, on both days of stay

The property is understaffed. Our coffee maker and air conditioner, in our room, didn't work reported and asked for it to be fixed no one got to it during our staff. The floors in the elevator were filthy with the same spots the enter stay. Breakfast was hit or miss needed to be there early to get what they had to offer, no juice in our first day, no meat on our second day. Over all the hotel is nice building and plenty of parking. Oh and the smoke detectors flashed a blue light about every three minutes.

The hotel felt like it was understaffed when we arrived and it took a long time to check in. The room was nice and spacious. We were hoping to use the hot tub, but it wasn’t filled up and the pool was super cold.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Last year they were under construction, and understandably there were things that didn't work. The conditions have not improved in a year, in fact they seem to have declined in some ways. Elevator out of order, things missing or not working in rooms, alarms and noise in middle of night.

We enjoyed our stay La Quinta Inn & Suites. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the queen beds comfortable. However, there were a few things we wished were better. The thermostat was fixed at 76 degrees F and we couldn’t adjust it. We had to open the window to cool it down for sleeping! Also, the teen who slept on the pullout bed woke up with a sore back. And the continental breakfast lacked any kind of fresh fruit, which seems to be pretty standard in other hotels. But all that being said, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel was dirty, several things in our room were broken (shower door, heaters, bed frame) and sofa bed had blood stained mattress. Limited towels, no extra bedding for sofa bed, etc. Unsafe areas with homeless having bonfires on nearby sidewalks.

One night stay traveling through and it was a good location close to the interstate to stop. Booked through Expedia and check in was easy. The elevator needs some work! Door is super slow and noisy. Room was nicely appointed and comfortable. All staff we encountered were nice and helpful. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet. Overall nice for a quick stay.

Our stay at La Quinta was perfect, the girl working the front was patient, kind, professional and caring from the time we go there to the time we left. Unfortunately we did not get her name, but just off of her professionalism alone we would stay at this hotel again.
