Homeless people every where. Elavator was out of inspection. Hot tub was full of dirt. Door handle looked like the room was broken into.

This is a hotel and area to avoid. Rampant with theft in the area and this hotel is dirty and unkept. Breakfast is gross. Avoid this location.

I really enjoyed the stay that i booked a second night. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, the room impressed me how clean and spacious it was. Bug shout out to steve though. He was cool. Definitely staying again in the future.

There was always someone in the hallway, cleaning crew yelling and fire alarm randomly going off. Outside there is a lot of homeless/random people. Seams like police is called out there a lot.

Our room carpet and drapery had all kind os stains. The room had a very strong smoking smell even though the whole property was supposed to be a non-smoking property. And thr front desk did not really care that we mentioned these issues and all they said was we will look into it.

We booked a room with a king bed and pull out couch for our 2 kids. However, it was not a pull out couch… it was a love seat with a single mattress. We were not able to fit so we requested a roll out bed as there were no other rooms available. It was a folded up mattress that had stains all over it. We ended up leaving and going to another place to stay the night. Also, the staff was not very understanding of the situation stating “we gave you the room you booked”. Well yes, but it wasn’t what was advertised…4 people could not stay in that room.

I didnt like how we were checked in we got checked in on a room that was already occupied and we tried getting in and we got threatened by that person so we told the front desk and she gave us another room which smelled like dog urine this is the worstest place to rent at i do not recommend to anybody at all

Room was clean, surprisingly quiet for being next to the fwy. Breakfast could have had some better options.But all in all good value and I would stay here again. Might be inclined to ask for a room facing away from the fwy if you are a light sleeper.

There were no blankets on the bed and only one water cup. It took 90 minutes and three calls to get a blanket before we could try to sleep. The beds are in poor shape and the freeway noise was loud all night.

Got the no smoking lecture on check-in. Got to the room and there were cigarette burns all over the carpet. Not a good look. Property was tired looking with scuff marks on the door frames on the 2nd floor for sure.

My bathroom in room 406 was substandard. The bathtub was damaged and the shower curtain hanger is broken. There was a large stain on the floor beneath the sink. The security lock had been ripped off the jamb and replaced, leaving a rather amateurish repair job in its place. All in all I was disappointed in the general feeling of the hotel. I didnt feel that it was La Quinta that I was expecting. It is aging and no one seems to care.

Beware of people talking all night long. Especially if it has a door to next room. I should have contacted the front desk but we were sure they would go to sleep by midnight. But come 4:30am and they were still yapping. Just saying

The staff were very helpful. I had problems with my tv and my heater was extremely noisy so it was difficult to sleep. Surrounding area had large groups of homeless people

You can do better
Not terrible but not great. Needs a lot of cosmetic upgrades. Blankets are hella thin. Breakfast was pretty garbage. There are better places for the same price.

Right off the expressway
Room was nice and clean. Right next to I40 so lots of traffic noise. A gentleman on the elevator let us know we were in a bad part of town and there were many homeless in the area. Staff was friendly and breakfast was adequate. Lady serving the breakfast was very busy keeping things stocked and fresh. I have never stayed at a hotel with no hair dryer but this is the first. Price was reasonable.
