“I am satisfied”

I requested a ground floor room and was assigned to the 3rd floor. They quickly switched my room and everything was just fine. Hotel staff very nice.

“Great Price, But Low Expectations”

Nice place, but make sure ALL Ammenities are availble. The pool was permantly closed for maintance, cleaning, and painting. They told us it would open in about 10 days. We stayed for 6 nights. Did NOT get to swim once. Very disapointed.

Hotel was nice, comfy, clean and quiet. Stayed on Halloween night..only bad thing was the selection of where the courtesy van would go to. Spent Halloween at Applebees.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, serviced very early every day and the hotel offed a good breakfast. The only complain was the lock on the door needed to be replaced, that made our stay a little bit uncomfortable.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable - pillow was comfortable too. The Breakfast was good, they use to put ham in the eggs and they did not have that when I stayed this time - I wish they had the eggs and ham.

After hearing a few commercials for Hawthorn Inns & Suites I was a little underimpressed! I thought that there would be bigger rooms and a few more perks.

“Relaxing in ABQ”

We had a good night to relax and enjoy Mexican food on our way through New Mexico. The hotel was close to the freeway and had a nice breakfast. It was disapointing to some that the pool was under construction.

good location for us as we needed to be fairly close to major thoroughfares yet not noisy.

Good rooms for the price. Easy to get to and close to most place.
