“Service Excellence”

The front desk attendants each evening were outstanding. My first room did not have a working air conditioner and they occomodated me with a room change. They always provided me with directions to local establishments when I requested. Outstanding service!

“Your basic economy hotel”

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is a great price for the hotel. It was also in a very good location. Shopping near by (Target right around the corner). The area nice and very easy access to I-40. The rooms are basic hotel rooms but clean.

“Was okay”

Staff was very friendly and tried to help when our computer wouldn't work in the room. Not successful but they were apologetic. Was a little disappointed there were no iron or blow dryer although there was evidence on the walls that they had had them. They did loan me an iron but no board was available. Overall, good experience.

“Maintenance needed.”

An adequate room for the price but a bit of routine maintenance would have benefitted both guests and overall hotel reputation. Example: racks for hanging clothes faling off wall; toilet paper holder either broken or poorly designed, I couldn't figure out which. Either way, it didn't work and toilet paper had to sit on the floor all the time I was there.

“Not impressed”

We were disappointed that the sheets on our king sized bed, weren't king size. The fitted sheet kept coming off of the corners all night. Also the towels had been washed I think, but they were stained, like they had been used to dry off a car, or had been used to clean windows.
