Regret booking this place online before getting into the area. The property seemed well reviewed and was located around well reviewed breweries, so I assumed the area was decent and catered to road trippers. The area around it is less than desirable, which is in a shady industrial park, we felt unsure about the parking lot, thankfully it was well lit. The front desk person checking us in was very nice and professional, but when we got into the room we had stained sheets and could hear every move and step the people above us were making. From now on when road-tripping we won’t book until we drive into an area and get a better feel for where the hotel is.

The front desk staff was rude. The lady wouldn't even get up and come to the counter to talk to us. I understand check in is at a certain time. They would not even try to check us in TWO minutes before that time. I travel a lot and have never come across this. Very disappointing as we stay at Comfort Inn & Suites often. Not their typical service model.

Let me just start with - the staff was excellent! We were greeted by Freddie and then had another young man help when the key didn't work and mhe also made us a delicious breakfast. Having said that, the building was less than spectacular. We could hear the people upstairs every time they got up. The ceiling creeked and there was a lot of noise outside. We could hear families in the hallway - loudly. I'd say it's an okay hotel, but the staff more than made up for it.

Got there 2 hours early due to time change from TX. No one was there. They $40 earlier check in. I asked to see the room. They showed me my room clean and empty. Still will not let you check early. Will never use it again and was thinking about slamming your company.

Pleasantly surprised at the clean and updated condition of the hotel considering its location next to the highway. I felt relatively safe, good lighting, fenced property. Key cards did not work easily in door used by those with pets. So I had to walk around property to different doors to get in. That was a hastle but the front desk attendant was helpful. I especially liked the front desk staff - very helpful and professional. They even knew where my cat was when I thought I lost him in the room! And they helped me get him out of his hiding spot. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean, a bit dated. We were only in town for a quick trip, had it been longer we would have needed a larger room or stayed elsewhere. Overall a good comfortable stay for a night or two.

The staff were wonderful and helpful and the hotel clean. The breakfast was typical and hot. But this hotel is just one block off I-40 and traffic noise was quite loud at times all night long. Also, the hotel is quite old, and we were on the second foor. When the family above us walked into or around in their room, we could hear every step. A possible solution would be to ask for a third floor room. But perhaps the most concerning was the surrounding area, which appeared quite unsafe. There was a sign indicating the hotel would not be responsible for any items left in your vehicle if they were stolen. (That did not happen...and I am certain this is the same policy for most hotels, but the sign and surroundings drove home the point tht the parking area might not be safe during the night.)

Finding the place at night took some doing, but once I got parked and went inside I found the hotel very well kept and the staff I ran into were friendly and helpful. It's obviously an older property that has been renovated, however, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and I didn't have a single issue with anything in my room.

The front desk personnel was very nice, the room was just ok. The building is old. Toilet was gross. Did not feel the safest in that area of town. Not the hotels fault- it’s the location.
