“Holiday Inn Wolf Road, Albany, NY - A Great Place”

This hotel is in a great location near Colonie Center Mall, many area restaurants and the airport. The indoor pool and whirlpool was a hug hit with our family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

“Very impressed and pleased!”

Had to travel to Albany and surrounding area on business for a few nights. Location of property to Albany airport was very convenient. The area around the property had plenty of places to dine no matter your taste or expense allocation. The property, while showing a few minor signs of wear & tear, is very well kept and clean. The room we occupied was roomy, comfortable, neat and clean. The staff were very courteous and responsive to our needs and wants. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and will be staying there again in a few weeks.

“Good breakfast”

We made online reservation for a poolside room, but werent given one at first. Also we did not get our breakfast coupons on check-in. The front desk was very accommodating though. They switched our room to poolside and delivered the breakfast coupons. The breakfast buffet was very good, alot of variety. Pool water was a very comfortable temperature. We would stay again.

“section meeting”

Hotel was good ,Staff was excellent ,my only issuse with the whole stay was the fact that the carpets throught the entire hotel were dated ,dirty and needing replacement!

“Average or Average Plus”

If you're located in the Tower then you have a 10 minute walk to find the lobby, pool etc. and the hotel needs Signs to direct you. Indoor pool is nice. Food is pretty good but not inexpensive. Dusty phone in bathroom. Good frige. They only have feather pillows. Nice staff. Why are most shower drains clogged? Ceiling tile fell down but all else fine.

“Good Value!”

I was in Albany on business and only stayed in the hotel one night. I really wasn't there long and didn't take advantage of the pool or resturant. Was a good value for the money.
