“Good on the go service”
Late check in with credit card. Nice staff with good recommendations. Good water pressure.
“Clean courteous service”
Hotel room was ready and waiting.The entry atmosphere was warm and friendly. The staff was hard working yet cheerful and happy to see us arrive. The room was clean, as well as having fresh linens on the bed and in the bath. I definately will be rebooking a stay.
“Very convenient and close to campus”
This is a very basic hotel, located almost across the street from the SUNY Albany entrance on Western Ave. It is really convenient if you are staying for just an overnight or so. There is even a free continental breakfast which was fine.
“Excellent value for money”
Clean, friendly, quiet, and cheap. Great location for UAlbany and the Northway/Thruway intersection.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
“really nice Albany Days Inn”
We were pleased with the price given the area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We felt very safe and secure while staying there, it was well lit and in a centrally located position for our needs. We were impressed with the overall condition of the facilities particularly for the per Diem costs.
“Great Hotel”
This is a great hotel, especially for the price. The rooms are clean and it is in a good location. Close to downtown, Crossgate, Colonie Center. The continental breakfast is what you would expect with bagels, muffins, cereal, etc. The walls and ceilings are a little thin (I could hear the people below me) and the window offered a view of an alley and the back side of Dunkin Donuts but for the price you can not complain. I used to live in Albany and go back to visit a few times a year. I normally stay in a 4 star hotel near Albany Med. but could not justify the price for this trip. The price for one night there is what I paid for 2 nights here and at the 4 star hotel, you must pay for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

“exactly what I needed”
I needed two inexpensive 2 double bed room for my sports team to stay. I got a good price and still got two spacious rooms. The rooms were clean, the beds were satisfactory, and the bathrooms were better than I've come to expect from bargain hotels. Definitely a good option for larger groups, or anyone who wants to save money without giving up all comforts.
“Basic but good”
Apparently newly refurbished. Clean, comfortable. Very basic. Room had hair dryer, ironing board, free internet (not wireless), TV with cable including HBO. Room was quite large. Light breakfast available in morning room (cereal and pastries, coffee, tea, no proteins). It is two levels with no elevator, but when I made the reservation I requested first floor and that is what I got.
