The laundry facilities are in need of renovation due to extensive damage. There is an unpleasant odor of bleach present. The bedding is uncomfortable. The common areas require thorough cleaning.

The hotel was a good deal for the price and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room had a funky smell to it and the decor of hotel was dated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

This Could Be a Nice Place...
Too bad, it certainly has potential. However, there is a strong smell of mildew or mold and take a look at the pictures of the toilet. The faucet in the tub was broken and there was no drain. The pool smelled like it had way too much chlorine too. I have to give the girls credit at the front desk because they were very pleasant and accommodating.

This is a mixed review. Pros: - The room was clean and comfortable - There is a game are with pool and table tennis and foosball - The pool was nice, had a waterslide, and had a kiddie pool with a frog slide Cons: - musty smell (probably due to the fountains in the main area) - carpets in the common areas were pretty dirty and gross - when the clothes washing machine and dryer were running in the common area, the musty odor was really bad

Had car problems and was unable to make it to Alamosa so I tried to cancel. The rep helping me on the online chat was very friendly and said he would try to get the hotel to waive the penalty. They wouldn’t waive it. So I paid for a hotel I didn’t use.

My Stay At Quality Inn Alamosa
Gentleman at the front desk, I think his name was Dennis, was very courteous and friendly despite the fact that Quality in has everyone checking in at 3pm which is a problem when you only have one person at the desk. I think you should get Dennis help so you value him as an employee. I realize people dont want to work these jobs but Dennis was doing a fantastic job despite 20 people in line.

The carpet needs replaced everywhere, its lumpy and hard to walk on. The whole place just has a musty wet smell to it. For 200.00 a night it's extremely over priced. There was a car show in town so all the hotels had increased rates. I'd pay 300 not to stay here again.

For the amount we paid we excepted too much. We checked in and the first room wasn’t clean, the toilet was clogged it was gross. Second room looked “clean” but wasn’t. It had a very funky smell, the shower was gross and the toilet was gross. Looked like mold was growing in the bathroom. Super disappointed in our experience here. There is nothing more disappointing then not feeling comfortable to relax in your room.

For a budget hotel, this was a pleasant surprise. Clean, comfortable and the highlight was the water park and pool.
