Overall, the stay was fine. But in the middle of the night, there was an altercation with screaming and yelling in the lobby. As my room was near the lobby, it woke me up and kept me up. I know that it was not the hotel's fault that these people caused such a disturbance, but I think the screaming and yelling lasted at least 1/2 hour, perhaps more. Security should have removed them from the building quicker, or called the police who could.

If you go to a concert at the Goodyear theater, you cannot beat the Hilton . It’s nice, and so close to the theater. Very walkable . Pretty much across a parking lot

The entire staff: front desk, those keeping coffee/tea stocked, and making sure the lobby areas were kept clean, were all very friendly and welcoming. I will absolutely stay here again. Great service!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Thomas at the front desk. He was extremely pleasant and helpful getting us checked in. In the evening the gentleman running the bar ( I’m so sorry I didn’t get a chance to ask his name) was extremely busy after our concert ended. He remained calm and very friendly as he managed to take care of about 25 customers. Very nice hotel and kind staff. Property is in nice condition and modern. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

My room was acceptable clean. Shower was nice but for very slick. The drawers in the bureau were hard to open and the ironing board was bent down on the bottom. The maid never checked on me and I caught her in the hall asked for toilet paper and she told me there was none in the building. The entrance was beautiful and the desk staff were very helpful. I ate several meals at the restaurant. The veggie burger was excellent as well as the fries. Caesar salad with chicken. Good but the shaved Parmesan was clumpy with the added chicken. Not dispersed well on the salad. Veggie primavera. Very nice.
