Not worth the money and too highly rated on sites!
Rude at the reception at check in. Asked for extra fee for a child even if 3 included child is stated ! Rubbish around and especially outside bungalow. Terrible breakfast. I send complaint to hotels.com but after 1 week they haven't replied !

The staff at the front desk were wonderful people. But staying in the room was awful. They thought it was okay to work right outside the window where my bed was from morning until early evening. They literally hammered, sawed, talked, and whatever else the whole day without regard to customer privacy. I'd spend more money for a different place if I ever came back.

Great location (beachfront). Attentive and courteous staff. The Garden Suite I've stayed at is nice & spacious though some parts of the room would be great if they fixed (wooden window frame at the bathroom is disintegrating). Mosquitos can be quite pesky though they had a bottle of insect spray on hand.

Upon checking the staff were amazing but the room condition is not sooo relaxing.Literally had so many bugs and ants crawling the entire area from the Masters room to the bathroom and living room.Plus it was ever the first stay that room has no TV at all.It wasnt a pleasant stay at all for my for me and family plus it is not a soundproof place at all.You can definitely here everyone's screaming and noise under the room.Food was okay,but overall the place needs renovation and proper maintenance.our son had literally lots of bites from the bugs.We would never come back in this resort again.Better go to Bigger names hotel because it's worth paying an extra when you are in Boracay you need to relax not to be concerned about the room or place.I will not recommend this resort to our friends at all!

Centrally located. Outdated. Mosquitoes!!!!!
Good location, near dmall and station 1. Situated beside Hennan and The District Boracay. Room is outdated and full of ants and mosquitoes. No phone or intercom to contact front desk or housekeeping. Uncomfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is plated and relatively ample. Shakes and ice blended juices taste like roaches (must be their blender). Better get bottled water, or canned drinks. Like that they provide beach towels aside from bath towels.

Great location right in the middle of it all. Free breakfast, great staff. We stayed in a separate bungalow. It was roomy and had a great porch with a hammock and two chairs. The bungalow was dated but the character outweighs everything else. There are newer rooms on the property and more luxurious but we preferred the bungalow.

Close to the beach
Staff are very friendly and accomodating. I came early and they allowed me to check in early with no additional charges. I like their hut style rooms and it added some touch with my vacation. The hut is old but decent, only if they could fix the floorings, bathroom sink and toilet and shower, then it will be great. Intermittent hot shower which I don't mind during the day but at night, I needed it more. Over all, highly recommended, because of the staffs and location.

They had a construction going next to our bedroom and we were force to awake up around 8am with sounds of hammers and saw. Shower head wasn’t working properly and we reported it but nothing changed. Call front desk and ask them if we can talk to manager and they said manager is busy, I ask them if they can come and tell is how we are supposed to get sleep with construction sounds but nobody showed up to help. Overall very bad experience.

Pay Attention to your room Selection
Watch your room selection. The Bungalows are very old and not in the best shape. They remind me of a summer cabin in the woods of Maine. Not well built originally, and showing their age. You could see light between the door frame and wall. (not between the door and frame) so bugs have easy entry to the room. I complained and they happily switched me to a non bungalow room, so they did great there. Hotel has a great beach location, but only a few rooms have that view. All others face an alley or a courtyard that needs a serious upgrade. Overall, i would stay here again, just be aware what room you select.

Not worth the price
Hot water is not existent, Luke warm at best. Area outside hotel looks awful, WiFi is bad. Beach is just outside so that was nice, overall I would not stay here again.

nice hotel near the beach
I mostly liked is the privacy of staying in the hotel while near in the beach where you can easily go to the beach and walk around the island. very accessible to anywhere you want to go within the area. Their friendly and nice staffs. And oh, before I forget I love and satisfied their breakfast meals.Yummy and healthy! We probably come back in Boracay Beach Resort for another stay and adventures! :)

Few steps away from the beach
Our stay was amazing! I love that it's so close to the beach, seven eleven, fire dancing restaurants, Starbucks, and lots of coconuts in front. Our trip went really smooth that we rarely spent some time inside our hotel. We met Ferdinand, their activity guide person, that helped us plan our daily activities. The best part about the hotel having someone to help out plan your activities is they actually won't rip you off. So we went private island hopping (3 people - family) this includes seeing the entire Crystal Cove island, snorkelling in Crocodile Island, lunch in Puka Beach - best beach in Boracay in my opinion. We also did PARAW sailing/sailboat during sunset (boat that does not require gas - best thing to use if you want your own private boat and best thing to use if you're an Eco lover). Watched fire dancing in a recommended restaurant through BBR. It was so fun to watch while having an epic dinner. And since they're few steps away from the beach you get to watch the best sunsets every night! BBR also has really great breakfast option, staffs are incredibly great and nice. We loved being greeted in the morning with their lovely smiles. I suggest to ask recommendations in the front desk, they will gladly help you with everything you need. That really does help a lot with planning your trip and to make sure your stay went really smooth. The best part, it's really safe, staffs are very honest (so important), and it's really clean ❤️☀️

This hotel is in a great location in Boracay. On the beach, close to d*mall and a brilliant atmosphere at night. Unfortunately we didn't really enjoy our stay because our original room (basic room) was in such a poor condition in terms of cleanliness and serviceability we got upgraded. Our new room was ok but the hot water kept failing because of dodgy power connections. This place needs a renovation badly. The staff were helpful though and breakfasts good. I'd stay at another hotel close to this one next time.

It was okay but still needs improvement.
Stayed in the bungalow. The room was quite old. Definitely needs a new look. The beds are really okay except that its really old. Too dark inside needs more lighting inside the rooms. Tho I didn't see that as a problem as I was always outside. I like the spacious balcony with hammock. Tho guests should be provided with mosquito repellent lotions or should be informed about bringing one.

A really friendly place to stay. Right on the beach and close to D'mall but still nice and quiet... A bit of building going on next door during the day but lots is happening in Boracay. Staff are ultra friendly and the garden rooms are quite nice. A smaller and a bit older resort but has heaps of charm. Breakfasts are fantastic and one of the reasons I like staying here.

Staff were really helpful. Hotel was very clean. It's set in it's own little tropical garden retreat, far enough back for the night life noises to be faint, but close enough to be in the sea less than 2 minutes. t

첫 자유여행 패캐지와 틀리게 가보지않은곳에대한 기대감 설래임 불안감 비치와 너무가까워좋았고요 직원분들 참좋았어요 필리핀분들 느리다고하는데 여기분들은 말하면 바로바로 해주시는데 정말 써비스좋았어요 이쁘기위해 놓아둔 야자수들과 나무때문인지 모기와 벌래가 좀많았어요 저는 모기가 너무싫어서 모기약을 달래서 여행내내 방에두고 나올때마다뿌렸어요 모기장을 좀확실하게 해주셨으면해요^^ 시설은 좀오래되보였지만 내츄럴하고 저는갠찮았어요

화이트비치 바로 앞에있어 해변 접근성은 매우 좋음. 반면 시설은 생긴지 좀 오래 되어서 뛰어나지는 않지만 그냥 가격대비 숙박하기는 나쁘지 않아요. 한방에 남자3명이 머물렀으나 3명이 머물기에 충분한 공간이였음.
