Hotel bruyant, musique d'ambiance forte partout dans les corridors qu'on entend dans les chambres jusqu'à 23h. Pas de contrôle sur les groupes fêtards. Je me suis fait suivre par un homme à ma sortie de l'hotel tôt le matin.

Avons apprécié la location près de la 401 mais avions demandé une chambre à l'opposé de l'autoroute.....c'était très calme et bien insonorisé....... Il y avait une piscine et sauna dont nous ne nous sommes pas servit......mais tout était propre......!! Rien ne nous a déplu......

L'hôtel est situé a 1 minute de l'autoroute, l'endroit est attrayant et paisible, le personnel est courtois, mais ce que j'aime le plus c'est la propreté de la chambre et une intervalle de 24 heures avant que quelqu'un d'autre occupe la chambre, très sécuritaire, je vais retourner le mois prochain

I reaerved online the First i had to wait for hours in the lobby for my son to come to use his cc because my cards weren't working. It would have helped if there was notice beforehand of what payment methods they accept. Once my son got there even one of his credit cards wouldn't work with their system so we were lucky he had another card on hand.... The next day I missed breakfast by 10 minutes and couldn't even get juice or tea...they wanted me to pay extra for the snacks in the pantry... the lady working was so rude and smug. She told me the nite before that I would get the deposit back the next day at check out then lied and told me she didn't say that and it takes 2-3 business days to process

Very comfortable bed and pillows/blankets, clean but many long hairs left in carpeting thru room, I have really short hair. Quiet, great night shade and day blind, overall will definitely stay again!
