Awful.
Probably the worst stay I have had in a long time. We arrived to a computer screen - which we expected as it was after 9pm but we had no code to check in. We had to buzz the help desk three times before we finally got someone who helped us and gave us a code to get in. It took over 25 minutes. The email with the code arrived at 4.25am while we were asleep ! The bathroom sink and toilet had stains and my son's bed was not the bunk in the pictures but a small sofa bed which we had to make with sheets. There was no duvet for him. In the morning we went down at 9.40 - 10 mins after breakfast finished (which we didnt know as there had been no sign the night before) but it was all still layed out. The lady refused to let us pay for it - bad business and bad customer service. There is a very nice boulangerie serving coffee and croissants opposite Carrefour.

The hotel is ok, although there's not much in the area, but you can easily drive to Aix-les-bains.

Come where u have no neighbors
Locationof the place is pretty ok for the sunday as not much is open but the burgerking is next door. Also the intermarche is open so u can find everything 5 min walk away. Hotels is budget but thats still perfect for price quality . The walls could b a bit thicker though.

Great Basic place to Stay!
Great stopover place, basic budget hotel. Large car park and simple, clean rooms. No hairdryer! Breakfast is fresh baguette, croissants, yogurt, cheese, jams etc. If you arrive after 9pm you have to check in through a machine in the wall so make sure you have a code, if not press the button on the wall and someone will help.

Convenient Stop-over
A good location close the the Autoroute junction with fuel close by. It was a stop-over from Switzerland to the Cote d'Azur and much appreciated. Being a public holiday, it was fully booked so we were pleased to have made an advanced booking.

Séjour annulé mais pourtant prélevé !
J'ai annulé ce séjour peu après l'avoir réservé parce que j'avais trouvé mieux localisé ailleurs. Pourtant, je constate que j'ai quand même été prélevé du prix de la chambre. C'est une erreur. Je souhaite être remboursé.

Je ne reviendrai pas et ne conseille pas
Hall d'entrée et espace petit déjeuner propres mais le reste de l'hôtel est plutôt sale. La moquette des escaliers était sale, pas aspirée, saletés, insectes morts...les fenêtres des escaliers remplies de toiles d'araignée à l'extérieur. Les joints de la douche vieux et sales, la peinture du plafond de la douche est écaillée, le sol devant la douche sale aussi. Cadre du lit du haut sal aussi... Ménage pas fait à fond. Personne grande sur les toilettes= genoux dans la porte de la salle d'eau. Donc porte ouverte... Chambre donnant côté route et autoroute donc très bruyant fenêtre ouverte mais calme fenêtre fermée. Petit déjeuner moyen, les produits sont de qualité bas de gamme. Seul bon point, la tome du coin! Déçu nous ne reviendrons pas et ne conseillons pas.

Très bien et confortable pour se reposer entre-deux villes. Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité du lieu et l'accueil chaleureux au check-in/out. L'idée des LED tactile au niveau du lit pour se réveiller en douceur est excellente.

Une nuit atroce dans cet hôtel...je ne comprends absolument pas cette notation. La chambre était horriblement sale... poussière, draps tachés, miettes et une salle de bain à vomir... nous avons préféré prendre notre douche en tongs De plus, nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes et quelle magnifique surprise que de découvrir un sac scellé pour devoir faire le 3ème lit nous même en arrivant à presque 1h du matin... Le lendemain petit déjeuner vraiment décevant...nous avons préféré partir que de dépenser encore un centime de plus dans ce lieu. Et n'oublions pas la douche qui en plus d'être horriblement répugnante est un véritable danger...vous réglez votre eau à une température qui vous convient , tout va bien et 5secondes plus tard vous vous faites ébouillanter sans rien avoir touché...et ce pour chacun de notre famille à plusieurs reprises... Bref nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel qui est plutôt à fuir... première expérience aussi mauvaise.

Pratique et bien situe pour musilac
Pour une nuit courte d'apres festival , tout etait correct. La nuit etant chaude, difficile de ventiler la chambre qui est restee chaude toute la nuit. Pas de service car vu personne sauf pour verification du check out ou la personne etait bien agreable.

Vraiment très vétuste. À éviter. Porte des toilettes qui ne se ferme pas. Linoléum déchire. Store de la fenêtre tout effiloché et cassé. Pas de gobelets à dents. Pas de climatisation. Ménage qui laisse à désirer. A notre arrivée dans la chambre du papier adhésif était parterre et nous l avons retrouvé au même endroit le lendemain soir en rentrant de notre fête de famille. Hôtel à éviter !
