Loved staying at Pinnacles! The pool was amazing and the view spectacular. The only downside was the hills.. definitely recommend getting taxis or hiring a car. Pinnacles staff were great at every step, thank you so much

The property and views are one of the best we have ever seen. Although the incline to get to the room is very difficult the views and rooms are well worth the climb. Much easier if you have a car. Difficult climb is difficult on foot

Best place for long needed RnR
We had a absolutely wonderful stay at the Pinnicals over the Christmas Holidays, My husband and I need so RnR, and this was just perfect, our view was amazing, the room was large and spacious. The Pinnicals team sent recommendations prior to our stay that helped us with bookings for outings, and recommend we order our seafood for Christmas before arriving, so glad we did. They even left us a little welcome and thank you pack for our Christmas booking, such a sweet thought.

We stayed in a one bedroom Jacuzzi Suite and it was stunning. The view from the balcony is one of the best you will get in Airlie Beach. Located at the top of a steep hill but my wife and I walked up it regularly to burn off those calories from eating out. I would definitly stay here again just for the views.

Anniversary trip
Amazing and perfect!! This describes everything from communication, cleanliness, staff helpfulness, quiet and location. Officer staff also help decide on activities, plus booked for us which also saved us money on ticket costs. The views were above and beyond what we expected, and nothing short of breathtaking. Cannot recommend this place enough, and will definitely be back!!

The views are great and the property itself was fine and as described. The only downside was the driveway is VERY steep and there is no footpath/steps or handrail down to the road. This is easily solved by taking a taxi but this does make you feel 'locked' in. So only suitable for the fit or make allowance for taxi costs. The taxi drivers were excellent and really friendly. There is a taxi call button on site which is easy to use.

Everything was wonderfull. The views where unbelievably beautiful looking out over the Coral Sea, and the private jacuzzi on our deck was an absolute winner. The staff were fantastic and the resort five star.

Wow was blown away by this reaort. Our apartment was amazing, huge balcony, outside eating and lounging area with the added bonus of a hot tub. Comminication was excellent and on check out we could leave our bags at the office, they even dropped us into town. One thing you should note is that it is on a very very steep hill but the taxis take you up for between 6 and 10 Aus dollars so was never a problem. It is so worth being up high for the spectacular view. Couldnt recommens this place enough.

Really enjoyed our stay. They room was clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Pool was super relaxing and peaceful. Our room was up at the very top so was a climb to get there and my sister was unable to walk the next day due to pain in her legs, but the view was amazing and she came right after some rest. Tour bus and bus transfers were only able to drive us to the bottom of hill so we had to climb the hill of a driveway and stairs a few times. We were able to get taxis when going out for dinner. Resort is close to shops and restaurants however still needed to use taxis for the driveway as the climb became too much especially after a day in the sun. They do have a golf cart to help with luggage during office hours but we did find after hours took awhile before we were able to get any help. All in all we all enjoyed our stay and the place was clean, amazing views and people were really lovely.

The staff members looked after us throughout our stay at the Pinnacles Resort as they did everything to make our holiday much easier and carefree. Some visitors reviewed noted the Pinnacles located at the very top of the hill, the only way to get there is a long steep road. Personally it is not a big of an issue, a taxi ride from most parts of Airlie is always below $10. If it has a 180 view on the very top of Airlie beach why would one even complaint?

Wow! A gorgeous place to stay. We had an amazing room with a fabulous view. Yes it was a hike up the hill, but literally 5mins into town and we all need a good walk when on holidays. Reception and house keeping were so helpful and accommodating especially as we were flooded in/stranded in Airlie for a few extra nights. I would recommend this place to anyone and I hope to be back one day soon.

Loved the pool it was heated so we could swim even though weather was a little fresh. The views were amazing from our room and the pool area. We had a room with a jacuzzi which we enjoyed in the evening. Would recommend this place during winter as we stayed elsewhere and the pool was far too cold to swim. Walk up hill wasn't too bad if you walked up on the right and crossed over the road and down on the left. Our stay was amazing would have love to stay longer.

Best accommodation in Airlie
We absolutely loved staying at Pinnacles. We received a lovely welcome on arrival, the room was very comfortable and well equipped. A really nice touch was the chocolates, cheeses, biscuits, dip and beer/bubbles waiting for us in the fridge! The highlight has to be the amazing view from the balcony. Only downside is the steep hill and driveway if you are on foot but we decided it was worth it.
