Great location-Poor Room conditions and service. The location is verry good close to all good stuff. The hotel front desk area is close to none existing: they do not answer the phone no matter the time of the day. If you have a need sorry but you are on your own. The room had a bad odor, no hands towels and only one shower towel regardless the fact that the room was reserved for two people. I tried calling the front desk, but they just do not answer the calls. The room carpets stink and they appear to be in the process of changing them but all the waste from the room they are working on stays all day and night in the corridor I would not recommend this hotel The day I was living I mention the issues to the front desk personal and they said: “a yes it it’s the afternoon and night people problem”

was terrible was the worse room with water leaking from air conditions no Blanquet no towel the bed matrixes were broken the room ugly, a lot of noises all day some kids coming to the room using there Oun key we ask to move of room. They can't be because was full the hotel we want money back. we report everything about it they have record of that.

Hot showers are a deal breaker
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The condition was good, the staff friendly, the room large, the bed comfortable... but if you dial the water to hot the water becomes a small stream in both shower and sink. To me a hot shower should be a basic in a hotel and my showers were terrible. The only way to get enough of a water flow made the water lukewarm at best.In addition, there are only three pool lounge chairs at the pool- that is absurd. Although I was on the whole comfortable the shower was a deal breaker and I will not go back to this hotel. ps I also do not understand why some people get breakfast vouchers with their stay but this is not offered on hotels.com.

This was my 3rd stay here but first time since Wyndham took over. I stayed in a suite for 4 guests but only was given 2 bath towels and handly any amenities. On day 2 we asked for service around 11am and at 4pm the room was never cleaned. We wanted coffee that evening but there was no coffee in our room, took 40 minutes for it to be delivered. Beds were very hard, and the cost of breakfast each morning was alot more expensive than when it was Hotel Aguascalientes. They also built a public bar next to the pool, making parking much more difficult. I wont be staying there again. Clearly has become a Corporation.

Everything was ok just the room had some candy wraps on the floor on the first day we requested cleaning service for the second day but the wraps where still there that was on the suite for my other reservation for two beds my guest said there was a lot of noise all night through the hallways but their room where very clean

Reasonable price. Front desk staff has limited English skills. No hand soap in room, had to ask. Also had to ask for "welcome" snacks. Stayed 3 nights, had to ask for room to be cleaned after second night no towels were left. Also for in-room coffee supplies. NO complimentary coffee in check-in area. Everyone was friendly.

Our room was one of many downstair (felt like) basement rooms. The only windows open to the hallways. Very loud at night when people were in hallways. It felt like someone could climb into the room through the hallway window so it didn't feel secure when we weren't in the room. Old, needs new paint and carpet. Creaky bathroom door. Towels were all frayed. Nice part of town though.

Stay here! I would give this hotel 10 stars!
Stay here! This is my absolute favorite place I have ever stayed. I can’t think of any way to improve, it’s already the best. The staff is fantastic in the office and in the restaurant. The food is delicious at a low price. Our hotel room was huge, biggest standard room I’ve seen anywhere. The outdoor setting is beautiful, swimming pool outside surrounded by palm trees. Casino was fun, drinks were great there too. I’ll stay again, really looking forward to it!

I went to reception to ask where the washers and dryers where and was told they did not have any. The pool was under construction. Breakfast buffet offers a great variety of foods, eggs cooked to your liking and style as well as home made gorditas made to order, there is also ala cart items Waitstaff is helpful and friendly

The suite was better than expected, spacious, clean, updated technology, etc. The staff was very kind and thoughtful. My flight came in much later than expected, they provided complimentary drinks/snacks. Finally, the breakfast buffet was amazing!

Overall it us a good stay. Very friendly staff and yiu have everything you need. For the price it is great. The bad, it could use more room around the sink. There is barely any room whatsoever. Towels are kind of small and I'm not a big guy but it does the job. The ither bad, the cleaning crew start really early so you may still be in bed. Usually about 10 to 12. Overall it not a bad ace. My brother and sister stayed there before and really liked it. Location is great. Club next door. Shopping all around and one main road where you can find everything to have fun eat and drink.

La señorita de recepción al llegar tenía la máscara abajo de la nariz. Las habitaciones nuevas pero no aíslan el ruido de habitaciones vecinas. La televisión muy limitada sin canales premium. Pocos contactos de electricidad. Luces solo de techo y para apagarlas hay que ir a la entrada de la habitación. Definitivamente NO ES cinco estrellas
