“Aucune insatisfaction. Impeccable.”

Je peux noter excellent pour tout le personnel, de la femme de chambre, au service d'accueil sans oublier les serveurs du restaurant La Nasse et le service dans la chambre du petit déjeuner. Compliments sincères. Cordiales, d'humeur toujours souriante et prêt à vous rendre service, d'une politesse irréprochable. Impossible ou non ne figure pas dans le vocabulaire de Sofitel.

“great hotel great stay, could improve on food”

Great : - staff, friendly , helpfull - room - pool - services - The concierge is excelent and knows everything about the town ... Could be better: - for the price of the food the quality and diversity could be a lot better. We did eat 3 times in the restaurants in the sofitel and ending up going out every night for diner since you can find better food for half the price in Agadir and you do not need to go to the scala just the marina for example "Le Nil Bleu". The breakfeast in sofitel is really good. - there is a hotel being build next to the sofitel but it did not bother us at all since we were on the oposite end of the hotel.

tout est formidable. notamment la nourriture marocaine exquise.Il faudrait cependant leur demander d'agrandir les parties non fumeurs dans le restaurant..et dans le ryad d'accueil..

“AGADIR SOFITEL LE ROLLAND”

HOTEL SUPERBE, acceuil à en donner des lecons, toujuors oui jamais de non et le sourire en plus. Un point negatif pas assez de rhum ds les coktails. et service un peu long. Pas beaucoup d animation mais on recherchait le calme donc parfait pour nous. Par contre un service SPA inoubliable des masseuses qualifiées et extraordinaire. Nous avons pu tester des salons en centre attrape touriste à 30 euros soit 50% moin chere que l hotel mais avec un niveau d'hygiene inioble, et un service et massage minable. Je vous conseil vivement le SPA du sofitel qui ne vous laissera sans voix.

“A great hotel, loved our stay”

This hotel was brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy, striking the perfect balance. The staff members always greeted you with a smile and were available to help, answer questions or organise anything you desired. Great service. The hotel facilities are incredible, with an endless array of sunbeds stretching from an enourmous pool all the way down to the beach, which the hotel directly fronts. The restaurants are very good quality, open late and with a great selection of food from around the world. I never expected to get great sushi in Morocco. They are expensive, but it is a five star hotel. The classical guitarists played to the guests eating lunch outside around the pool, and in the lounge bar in the evenings and were brilliant, very talented, playing relaxing tunes perfectly suited to the environment. There is an night-club that is decked out better than most of the new clubs in London, a cigar lounge, a health spa, you can organise jet skiing, four-wheel driving, golf days ... almost anything you want. We didn't leave the resort. After the crowds and noise of Marakesh this was the perfect place to relax for a few days.
