“Convenient location”
Very close to Rundle Mall and the central market. (10 minutes by cab).
“Location location.”
Great location with friendly owner.
“Good location but premises not well maintained.”
The accommodation was basic - kitchen with adequate cooking facilities, comfortable bed and small bathroom with shower. No full length mirror. the lounge chairs needed cleaning. The grounds were not well maintained. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from restaurants, shops and bus route. It was also very quiet at night although on the flight path so planes came over after about 6 am every morning. No problems checking in or out and staff were friendly.
“Great location.”
Great location within comfortable walking distance of Adelaide CBD. Just off O'connell street with access to a great range of pubs and restaurants. Off-street parking was congested and required reversing out.
“Picadilly appartments : bon rapport qualité prix pour petit appartement”
Les appartements ne sont ni luxueux ni insalubres, la climatisation avait l'air efficace, WiFi gratuit, très propre, salle de bain un peu petite, cuisine bien équipée (bouilloire, grille pain...) Idéal pour passer quelques jours à Adélaïde, pas trop loin du centre dans un coin calme.
“Nice area”
Perfect area near the cafes and close to the city by bus. Room is just okay but the lights are rather poorly as well as the bathroom light & fan switchs are loose and quite unsafe. The ironing cover was worn out. I did not see the staff at all. Unfortunately the car was parked under the tree which the leaves fell on and yellow marks on the hired car what I was forced to clean before we went to the airport. My sister was not very impressed over the worn out chairs outside. IF the good condition and upkeep of the accommodation would be more pleasing and upgrade to 4 and half.
“Not Impressed”
The front desk person was not very friendly. I don't think that the apartment was worth the price.
“Check elsewhere”
Dated Room that hasn't been vacuumed under beds for ages. Water in Shower ran Hot and Cold. Unable to control air temperature and the room was cold in the evening. TV didn't operate properly. Dust hanging off the wall behind bin in kitchen and dirty scuff marks were on all the walls. Off street parking is very tight. We have a Holden Crewman and it was a VERY VERY tight squeeze. Just lucky we weren't trying to park in the dark
“Certainly not the best family apartment in Adelaide, there are better options.”
Very old building & amenities. Also please note that the apartment is only serviced weekly. We stayed for 5 nights & not once it was cleaned, even towels not replaced or toiletries added. The surrounding area, the courtyard etc. was really dirty. Parking space is also limited. It is also in the path of aircraft landing at Adelaide Airport, so can be very noisy. On the plus side, the location is very convenient in North Adelaide suburb, close to many restaurants & there is an IGA supermarket within walking distance.
“Advantage is near the entertainment centre”
Quite dumpy for the price. Lighting was below par. Whole place could have done with a paint job.
