Breakfree Studios are excellent. Staff are friendly and always there to assist. The room I book is excellent. It’s spacious, has what you need and it’s quiet.

The property was ok , but my room let in too much light and was awoken early with noise from above . The room did not look like it did in the picture when I booked .

Location was very central yet far enough from the hustle & bustle. Studio Room compact & met our needs for a few days stay Downside was no free WIFI & a very officious elderly man receptionist whose manner was quite off putting!

The karaoke bar next door operates until after 3am, and the sound travels straight into the room. If you like to get to sleep before 3am, definitely stay somewhere else.

Small rooms, had to move bed to open wardrobe, no exhaust fan in toliet/shower, fridge cupboard not ventilated so had to leave door open. Had to pay extra for parking .

Not much to like ...hotel is run down ...hotel parking is too expensive ....street parking is free but hard to find ..clean sheets and towels is about all you should expect ...I know it's a cheap stay but I was disappointed even at the price .ohhh late night karaoke bar next-door to drift off to sleep with ...

I stayed for a week. Value for money and close to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that the lift was out action a couple of times.

My wife's I pad was stolen from our locked room no one was prepared to listen and in fact I was told in no uncertain terms . "Go down to the police station fill out the form and go and claim your insurance. It was suggested that house keeping was involved. However as a retired police officer I am well aware that housekeepers do not remove articles from rooms. To do so would mean black balling and they would not be able to find another position in the hotel industry. Other people working in the hotel will also have master keys What has happened to the duty of care by the licencee A pitiful result

The accommodation is fine and the staff excellent and very helpful. Those who are light sleepers may want to request a room on the east side, as there is a very late night karaoke bar next door that operates on the weekend.

Industrial area, lots of outside noise at night, even during the week. Room was clean and tidy though, however staff on during the day was a bit rude and abrupt and not very helpful. Recommended for a few nights stay, but a bit overpriced for what it offered

This hotel is a very clean, basic type of hotel with lovely staff & onsite parking. Rates are extremely reasonable, especially if you are, like us, long stayers. Our room had a single & queen bed, 2 comfy single sofa type seats & a small table with 2 chairs, plus a well equipped bathroom (with a tub) & well stocked kitchenette.
