“Don't Let Negative Reviews Scare You Away!!”
This hotel has been renovated. The staff's great, the rooms are clean, and the pool area is magnificent. There are even more changes to come. It is centrally located right next to the happening spots in Acapulco. If you like to party, this is definitely the hotel! I took my mother as a late "Mother's Day" gift and we both had a wonderful time.
“Beautiful views”
Beautiful view from balcony of the Bay, Clubs, Beach, Pool and hotel entrance
“Paradise in Acapulco”
My daughter and I stayed from 3/25 until 3/31. Whe had the studio with partial ocean view. The view was great! The room wwas clean and comfortable. You can .control the A/C. The pool areas are fantastic and they have food and drinksavailable to purchase. You can also order food and drinks at the beach. The beach is govt owned and there are many vendors. Just say no gracias in a firm voice and they will leave you alone. The food is good at the hotel. they have a great breakfast buffet. They have an italian and Mexican buffet night. They have kareoke at the bar and 2 for 1 drinks. The pina coladas were yummy. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.Stay on the building side opposite the bungee jump. The pictures on Expedia are toatlly accurate. Do the Acapulco city tour with Ceasar. He was awesome. We saw some great sights. Eat at El Zorritos and Ika Tacos. Go to Palladium, Classico and Mandara clubs. See the cliff divers and shop CC silver while you are there. The Accarey booze cruise was fun also. Stay away from anyone selling time shares. The hotel has its own taxis which are safe. If you are brave the city bus is 50 cents ! dollar for the A/C ones. I would stay here agian. A lot of bang for the buck.
“Great Hotel”
The open air lobby was so beautiful with all of the flowers. We had a beautiful room with a great view. Drinking on the beach was great, although we couldn't taste the alcohol in the drinks. I would reccomend this place.
“The Best Hotel In The Condesa Beach Area”
The Fiesta Americana Villas is perfectly centered on the bay and walking distance to all the various bars and restaurants along the Costera. The staff is always helpful and courteous and since the recent renovation the rooms are spectacular. The views of the bay cannot be matched from either your room or the pool. This is not a quiet place to stay but more of a fun, upbeat location. If it's quiet you're looking for then you may want to choose something a bit more tucked away. But if you want fun and are looking to be near all the action this is your place.
“Great view”
The Fiesta Americana Villas was a very nice place to stay. The view was gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful. It was well located - close to bars, restaurants and shops, however the bars did make it a little noisy at night. Just don't sleep with the door open!
“I can't speak any higher of our trip and will definitely stay again!!!”
I was definetly concerned about traveling to Acapulco and our safety, however the minute that we arrived at the hotel I felt very safe. The room was nice and we enjoyed the beach view. If you wake early in the morning you can see many fish swimming even from the 15th floor. It did get somewhat noisy at night but we enjoyed watching the bungy jumpers and we did not have any trouble sleeping. The bed was hard but I actually felt more rested and with less back pain then my bed at home. I have two children under 5 and they loved this hotel. The beach is easy to access and very nice and clean. The waves were soft enough for my 2yr old to play comfortably. They also loved the pools!!! The fiesta kids club was available my daughter went once for a bit but the hotel is set up that kids are welcome everywhere and in a sense looked after by the staff. The staff was really nice, willing to help with anything and everything. I especially liked the lady who cleaned our room, she would often stop to talk with my kids and even washed our dishes even though that is not part of the room servicing. The staff also let us know that we could wash our own clothes with the complimentary washers and driers located on the 1-3 floors I highly recommend the breakfast buffet which we ate at a few times. The food in general was amazing. I come from a Mexican family and in many cases the food was better than home cooked grandmother's food.
