The property seems to have had a recent renovation. It was clean and quiet. Definitely above average for accommodations at this price point. We would stay here again if in the area.

It was a nice hotel to stay at. Room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately no breakfast included as stated on the hotel info and there is also no little shampoo or conditioner samplers for the shower, not a huge deal but most places have them now. Staff at the front desk were super friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The beds and rooms were very comfortable and clean. Considering the low price, I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay there again when passing through Abilene.

The different seating options in the lobby along with how the bar and dining area are set up is really nice and I really seen it as somewhere I could sit and enjoy a beverage or company while staying at the Inn

Great updates being done here. Staff is amazing and very accommodating. I would check with the property to make sure the breakfast, spa, and pool are ready. Expedia has not updated this listing.

The hotel is being renovated, but there was no noise (Saturday). Staff was attentive and polite. There's plenty of parking, and a easy location for rideshare pickup.The room was very clean and the bed (king size) was very comfortable.

We are sad to see you complain about everything but the rate, our rates are low because of kitchen construction. Please choose a branded property in the future to have all the luxury amenities you desire, at luxury prices. We do not offer wake up calls as it is 2024 & every person I know has a cell phone.

They were in the process of remodeling so didn't have breakfast food but they did have coffee in the lobby. The room was comfortable and clean,the staff was friendly, and I would recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was welcoming, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve been to, the mattress was heaven sent, and the location was near many restaurants and stores. We’d come again.

Very updated property! It has beautiful furniture in the lobby and the furniture in the rooms is updated as well. It was clean, safe, and I received great customer service. The price for it was also very reasonable. My family and I will definitely be staying there when we visit Abilene. Some suggestions are a set or more of washers and dryers to get more laundry done.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It is certainly discouraging to see such a negative review with no comments. That is like bringing a knife to a gun fight--very unfair. With no comments, how are we to know what went wrong? We aren't psychics! We provide immaculately clean rooms that I personally inspect, so I fail to see the error made on our part. You received a great room at half the price of chain hotels; we surely wished you had paid double to stay there instead.

They were in the middle of remodeling which we understand so no breakfast. Missing shower needs because they were out. Minor inconveniences. But otherwise a nice place to stay. Very reasonable.

Where do i start… nowhere did it state the building was under construction and under construction is an understatement. No breakfast as advertised Front doors have to be manually opened, one elevator broken, no vending machines, Ice machines don’t work, no extra blankets or anything. They got coffee and that’s it. The room decor was not bad though the window was quite drafty. The bed was as comfortable as a hotel bed could be minus the lack of pillows. Toilet paper…. Might as well use sandpaper. There were crumbs in the bed frame The foldout bed was only meant for looks.

Amazing Guest Services
Both the night and morning front desk workers were very helpful. Check-in was quick and informative were as check-out was helpful. It was 4 degrees in the morning so he warmed the toddlers blanket in the dryer and put on a pot of hot water for us to take for formula.
