We really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort offered at this location. The kitchen area in our room was wonderful. The breakfast was simple, yet sufficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We will absolutely return.

I booked the rooms through Expedia. As I am ready to tee off on my golf game on vacation, my wife called to say our reservation was only one day not two as I had verified through Expedia. Then they say they could not resolve it, and I had to go onto Expedia to book the room the extra day. How pathetic is that? I did it, but what a pain. Staff was apologetic and nice about it. Other than that, breakfast is cold with bare minimum food, no microwave to heat it up, and only one caffeinated coffee option. Not a place I will stay again.

The hotel and service is awesome and very clean. Good location. The pet fee listed in hotels.com is incorrect. It says $10 and the fee is $100.

There is a sign posted stating that vehicle and belongings aren't secured by the facility. Thought that property should have security monitoring the area. There are 3 hotels easily accessible and close together that could have a single security officer monitoring the grounds.

The lack of any sustainability practices is why we won’t patronize another TownPlace Suites and we will think twice before visiting a Marriott hotel. In particular all of the breakfast dishware was disposable which is incredibly wasteful. These items need to be switched to reusable. The waste baskets were unnecessarily lined with plastic bags. There were too-small-to recycle plastic lotion containers in the bathroom. I didn’t see an electric charging station for electric cars. I didn’t see any information about using renewable energy. There were no requests not to wash the linens daily. I hope you will rethink how you are impacting the environment if not because we all have a stake in the future of the planet but because your blatant disregard is costing you business.

Hi Leah,My apologies that you are not happy with hotel sustainability operations.Disposable dishware is required by Marriott. Prior to COVID-19, we did have reusable dishware.I understand your concerns and want to assure you that we are following Marriott protocols. We are working on getting an electric car charging station though it is not a requirement at this time. Each bathroom should have a sustainability card for not changing terry/linens daily. Our housekeeping model now allows guests to opt-out of housekeeping services, and now, opting in means service every other day to save on resources.We appreciate your feedback and understand that there are always ways to improve. Exceptionally friendly staff. Anything we needed from the staff was provided promptly. We had to extend our stay and the Hotel was more than accommodating. Location is idea. Shops, stores, hospital and restaurants conveniently located. Room was clean and the kitchenette with a frig, dishwasher, 2-burner stove and dishwasher were perfect for our extended stay. The breakfast is amazing and there is no need to go anywhere for breakfast as all you need is there. Highly recommend staying here if in the area. With our son being in the Army, about 45 minutes from Ft Bragg and if we are ever in this area again, we will stay here.

I stayed in hotels a lot and 1st time that I loved the beds, really comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pans, dish soap + dishwasher etc. Friendly staff, excellent and yummy breakfast. Number 1 on my list from now on.

I loved everything about this property. The breakfast is the best free breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The kitchenette was stocked with most things you would need to prepare a simple meal and included a dishwasher. The staff was awesome. There was an issue with the cable TV they were very responsive and refunded the cost of my pantry purchases and also the pet fee. Cable TV being out wasn’t a big deal to me and I told them not to worry about it and they went out of their way to refund me the aforementioned costs which was a surprise to me. I only mention as to illustrate how nice the staff was, the issue was switching cable systems or provider. Cable started working the next day.I would definitely stay here again. I stayed with my dog and the pet fee is very reasonable and there is a small wooded area to walk your pet.
