“Best Bed Ever”

“Hôtel Pullman Aachen Quellenhof : fabuleux !”

Un hôtel absolument sublime, dans une petite ville très sympathique. C'était pour un séjour en amoureux, et tout s'est passé comme sur des roulettes : pour l'accueil, on nous a fait sentir que nous étions vraiment bienvenus. La chambre superbe, le lit comme un nuage, la salle de bain nickel, le spa : un vrai rêve, le tout au milieu de jolis jardins. Le personnel de l'hôtel, surtout a vraiment été adorable. Ils ont été patients avec mon allemand, qui avait grand besoin d'être rafraîchi, et se sont proposés de parler en anglais ou en français, selon ce qui me convenait le mieux. En bref, si on veut se faire un joli week-end en passant par Aix-la-Chapelle, je recommande totalement cet hôtel : pas trop loin du centre ville (c'est une petite ville, aussi), avec tout le confort possible et imaginable et une piscine magnifiquement décorée, un petit-déjeuner de roi, de très jolies chambres tout confort et un personnel extrêmement serviable et accueillant.

“Great hotel, hospitible staff”

Hotel Quellenhof was everything we hoped for, it was extremely clean, the rooms were well proportioned, and the staff was helpful and kind. What a great place to relax, only a half mile or so from the center of town.

“Outstanding hotel!”

This was possibly the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were both clean and spacious and the breakfasts were superb. The spa facilities were also amazing.

“Fantastic”

We went to this hotel to treat ourselves on the last night of a 3 week tour round Europe. We weren't disappointed. Lovely staff, fantastic room, great club sarnies in the Elephant bar, which they made especially for vegetarians, and we spent a while chilling out in the amazing spa.

“Very plush”

The hotel was very impressive and to the highest of standards I would highly recommend it. We could not get any parking as the hotel car park was full and had to pay 10 euro to park nearby. I guess if staying longer this would be an issue. Also breakfast at 22 euro was too much for me, a walk to a local backerei, cost 5 euro. We went to the Christmas market in Aachen. this hotel was a great base. (the Christmas market was tacky and very crowded, the shops were tastefully decorated and it would be nicer without the market bah humbug!)
