"Great city hotel - walking distance to amenities"
1. The friendliness and helfulness of the hotel staff were exemplary, special thanks to Sothy and his colleagues from the dining room for asssisting with the birthday cake for my sister;and the concierge for assisting to make dinner reservations at abacus restaurant and airport transfers.
2. Although friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff could be a little more attentive with regards to refilling wine glasses and water glasses.
3. It was appreciated that the dining room staff charged for 1 person and did not charge for my ala carte breakfast, after i pointed out a billing error in the bill, i was charged for a buffet instead of ala carte.
4. A business centre would be useful for guests who want to do internet check in for their flights.
5. Would definitely stay again if i am in Siem Reap, and would recommend to family and friends.

"Beautiful hotel with REAL Asian charm & service."
We had a lovely 3 nights stay at the Victoria Angkor Resort & Spa. Our suite was breathtaking; beautifully appointed with Asian decor, spacious and comfortable. Our experience began before we arrived. I had contacted the hotel in order to arrange a car and driver and a tour guide. The hotel's concierge was prompt and helpful in getting back to us. Our anticipation of our stay was heightened because we felt that we would be taken care of as per our requests. We were NOT disappointed. A car and driver picked us up and though we arrived late in the evening, the concierge was on hand to go over our requests and expectations. Our visit to Angkor Thom & Angkor Wat was well orchestrated and tailored to our needs; an unforgettable experience. The services at the hotel were exceptional. Excellent bar; great exotic drinks and fabulous bar food. The buffet breakfast was inclusive of both Asian and western foods. It was a phenomenal experience. The pool was refreshing and inviting and the attendant welcoming and attentive to our needs. Both he and the concierge are great examples of Cambodian hospitality and service. The spa offered wonderful services which my wife thoroughly enjoyed. We had a beautiful little vacation within a vacation, by spending some time taking in and enjoying the ambience, facilities and services at the hotel. ALL staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and helped to make our visit a wonderful experience that we will always remember.

From the moment we were met at the airport our every need was met with style and grace. Cold water and towels in the car, welcome drinks on arrival and check in procedures with no effort while seated in the beautiful conservatory lounge.
The room was perfectly and beautifully appointed. Our personal butler explained everything about the hotel and was available to attend to all our needs. The staff were all well spoken and seemed genuinely interested in providing excellent service. The swimming pool was a highlight, surrounded by the hotel buildings and manicured tropical trees and lawns, with sun lounges, shady umbrellas and exceptional service with complementary fruit and cold towels regularly provided. They even give out wide brimmed sun hats!
The fine dining restaurant was just that, a fine dining experience, again with exceptional service with local and western food expertly prepared. The casual dining around pool and in the conservatory was relaxed and the food was perfect. The outside local buffet with performance of local music and dance was also a wonderful experience. Breakfasts were abundant, with all tastes catered for and in unlimited amounts. The staff in particular were incredibly friendly and respectful. They took the trouble to learn our names and made sure everyone serving with them knew our names too. The spa staff was equally attentive and kind, and the massage and hand treatment I had was amazing and my therapist was so sweet.
Our room was located on the 3rd floor facing the pool. The pool depth varied and with spa and excellent for families. Our daughter enjoyed a lot. Fitting for a star hotel. Only issue was room lighting was dim to do some reading.
Fantastic hotel and pool. Extremely Helpful staff and spotless rooms. The hotel is out of the way of pub street which is so much nicer. Only a $2 tuk tuk to town and they are available everywhere. Would highly recommend this hotel.
