"Spotless hotel with a warm welcome. "
This was our 2nd stay. It was my partners 50th birthday celebration and the hotel went to a lot of effort! We were given bubbly and a chocolate birthday cake- unexpectedly. The rooms are spotless and adequate, but there is no bath. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is daily laundry service. My only request would be to have some fresh milk in the room fridge instead of UHT . The coffee at breakfast needed to be hotter and less strong, but the staff were more than willing to help. Superb hotel, will definitely be going back! Maxine, Ipswich Suffolk

"Great location"
Had a great stay at Grange St Pauls', only problem was our room not ready on arrival at 4.15pm. I think they were not expecting a family of four and it took an hour to sort us out with a different room, I have no idea why as no explanation given. Lots of options to eat nearby so we were glad we had booked room only.

"Nice hotel, small rooms and expensive "
Nice location clean and nice hotel but very expensive especially for such small rooms. There is no breakfast in this hotel which is very strange for such category of hotels.

Great Northern Hotel

King's Cross St Pancras Station, London - Map

"Great hotel, Perfect Junction Point"
Great Northern Hotel is at the junction of tube and train lines at St. Pancras Station, so it is great for being in transit; next to the British Library, so that is a plus. The staff are pleasant and the restaurant in the hotel, Plum and Split Milk, was remarkably good--well deserving of the praise. The room I had, while compact, was architecturally well-designed, making the most of the space. (Anyone wishing to remodel an old hotel would be well-advised to visit GNH.) The hotel is intimate from the front desk to the restaurant and bars, to the rooms (a pantry is at the end of each hall) and, most importantly, the staff. Each room has thoughtfully provided amenities. Anyone travelling for business, in transit, or couples would find this hotel well-worth the stay.

"Good for this business traveler"
I was in London for my first time for three short nights. I found the Conrad to be nicely located a short five minute walk from the QE2 conference center, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The Eye and Trafalgar Square were only about a 20 minute walk. All in all I would stay here again. The bar and restaurant were tasty and priced as you would expect for a top-tier hotel. The hotel is situated in a very safe neighborhood. The New Scotland Yard is literally across the street and 10 Downing Street, the palace and the Calvary is a short distance away.

"Nice at a very reasonable price in the centre"
Really it's not 5* hotel. Although there are some advantages: location , room was unexpectedly big for London, not t mention breakfast - great choice for everyone. Staff was nice and very helpful. Definitely come back.
