We two couples stayed at this hotel for three nights and very impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs. When they noticed my friend with high altitude sickness symptom, they voluntarily asked if she needed oxygen free of charge. They helped us with all the trip arrangement and price. In all, they just want to help you to every need.
The room is spacious (Superior), clean, and oversee the dining area.
Breakfast is pretty good, don't forget to try their Omelette.
Location is within 10 minute walk to downtown (Mayor Plaza)

this hotel is probably the newest in the Machu Picchu area heard others speak of construction that was not the case during my stay everything was fantastic staff was great WiFi superb, had time to check TV which has English or Spanish option. Breakfast buffet style but very good. Close to the buses going to Machu Picchu I would tell all my friends to stay at this hotel not any other. highly recommend
This hotel was a bargain in Cusco and is right in the center of the historic downtown area. It was convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The room was great, split level and on the 3rd floor with superb views.
The taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel, along the road there was a lot of shabby
structures, the sign for the hotel was small. I didn't know what to expect . Once I stepped
inside ,it was absolutely stunning a hidden paradise , beautiful relaxing setting , next to the
river and the mountains. I highly recommend it , you wouldn't be disappointed .

The hotel is very close to the center of the city, just 5 minutes walking distance so it was very convenient for us to explore Cusco. All the staff are very friendly, especially Elena and Noe. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. They even helped us confirm our excursions and packed breakfast knowing that our trip to Machu Picchu was very early. They kept our room very clean and tidy. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit!
