"Excelente lugar para visitar Santiago. En pleno centro histórico de la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable en todos los sentidos. El desayuno incluido, muy completo y nutritivo. El hotel es antiguo pero fue remodelado y modernizado. Nos pareció muy cómodo."

"The hotel is really very comfortable. The room we booked has a bedroom and a living room and kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious. The staff were attentive and helpful. I just have to point out that I found the breakfast a bit poor compared to the quality of the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and they always served almost the same thing with little variety."

"Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe."

"We only spent one night on arrival to Santiago here but really wish we had booked our last night here too. The hotel is superb - very comfortable beds, great sized rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel provides transport from the airport which was efficient and well priced. We would definiltely return here for a longer stay in the future"
