The hotel restaurants was excellent providing a wide range of food, I also enjoyed the cookery lesson from the head chef. The pools and beach had plenty of sun beds with plenty of shade/umbrellas which was relaxing. We were in a bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable with an outstanding view. This is the first time we have been AI and they provided very well for this. The hill leading from the main road is steep and in the heat is challenging, although there is a regular bus service at the foot of the hill which we used regularly to get about the island. The receptionist organised a to take us on a visit to Kassiopi, the drivers were very good and pointed out the places of interest.

My friend and I had same week last year at start of season and thought it was so good we rebooked for the same week this year. Still amazing value for money. Hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful and as last year the entertainment staff run by German company Sensimar all just arriving to get the season under way. We enjoyed the exercise and stretching classes - you can also join in with games, beach games, creative art work etc. all in. The entertainment staff are lovely. Evening entertainment inc. Greek night, live music, Bingo, quizzes etc also good. Also so nice not to have kids running around all over the place - all very quiet and leisurely. The food and drinks are just incredible value for money. Range of freshly cooked and served buffet food is fantastic for the price cant rate it highly enough and you can have as much as you like. The only thing not on offer any more is the free meal at the The Olive Tree restaurant if you are staying 7 nights but to be honest the food is equally as good in the main restaurant and the only difference is the waiter service. Apart from that everything great - we might try the Aquis Pelekas down the road next time although it was not yet open our week. Compared to last year word is getting round and our week was much busier this year. Would definitely go again.

From the moment we arrived, the Manager received us at the front gate with a warm welcome. They gave us a special treat as it was our wedding anniversary and even managed to get a comfortable cot bed for our baby without even asking for one. EveryOne was very kind and helpful. The views of the hotel are simply amazing.

Great all-inclusive hotel with very helpful and kind staff and nice pools. The food is good too. Really cool especially with young kids as long as you prefer to stay inside. On the downside the seaside is just so-so (rather mud than sand) and it is really disappointing if you want to leave the hotel for a walk or to go out... or anything. The only nearby city Roda can be reached on a really dirty seaside but does not worth it. Make sure you rent a car if u want to see anything. Worth it, the island is really nice.
