"Reasonable hotel"
Nice hotel. A bit tired and impersonal. Would have liked a warning from the staff that we would have a disturbed night because of the group playing in the marquee

Staff, facilities, room all great - clean, modern, very nice hotel - only downside was the wireless in the room which was very flaky maybe b/c I was in the very last room in the hallway. Staff was kind enough to let me into a vacant conference room at night to do some work, and the wireless was fine in there.

"Out of style, but well maintained"
My wife and I joked that this seems like a hotel that Mr. Bean would stay in. The decor is stuck in the early 90s, but on the other hand, it was perfectly clean and the service was very good. Breakfast was fine - actually certain items were better than what we had at more expensive hotels. The exercise facilities and pool looked good (pool's in a big glass structure, so it has a pretty nice ambiance), but unfortunately we did not have time to try them out ourselves. We stopped for a drink before bed and the bar had a pretty nice selection of gin and scotch for what it's worth. It does seem like they cater to a lot of weddings and that sort of thing, so I could imagine it being loud, but neither my wife and I nor my parents noticed any problem when we were there. Overall, if you don't mind the decor being a little out of fashion, it's really very nice in all the ways that matter.

Enjoyable. Enjoyable. I don't wish to say anything more than we found it enjoyable.

"Average hotel, but good enough for the price."
We stayed one night on route to the south west. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and tired, as was the pool. However the staff were pleasant and the food in the evening was pretty good. Breakfast was good, but the staff seemed a little frazzled. I was surprised given the location how quiet it was, I thought we would be bothered by the road noise and it was not an issue.
