The rooms are in detached bungalows set in a lovely garden. The sea is a two or three minutes walk away where there is a beach and two restaurants, where you could get meals as well as tea and coffee and snacks. Because of the elevated position there was nearly always a welcome cooling breeze, which with the fan, meant it was not too hot. Our bungalow had sea views from a nice veranda with chairs, a table and deckchairs. The room was very comfortable with a fridge; the only thing missing was a kettle. I love a cup of tea when I wake up! The owner was very helpful and friendly. We spent six nights there and it was a wonderfully relaxing way to end our holiday in Kerala.

I stayed here for two nights in December '13, in one of the cottages. The view and general ambience was serene. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant is cozy, with a limited view down over the beach area.

We stayed here for 2 days, really enjoyed the good food (dont know about non-veg, but veg food was good)
It is very close to beach. The pool is well maintained. Our kids liked the place, they want to now go back - so do we.
Excellent customer service.

Had a great time with my family. Very well maintained and beautiful resort. Reasonably priced room rentals considering the ambience and quality of the resort. Extremely courteous staff. Food was fairly priced and overall quality and taste was good. The backwater cruise (1000 bucks for an hour's ride) was awesome and must do. Spent most of the time by the pool and the beach. Both I and my son have got a severe tan playing in the sun but never felt the discomfort as it was so much fun. The waves are pretty strong in the beach so no need to be careful if you are not a good swimmer. Overall, fantastic experience and a place i would definitely plan to go back again.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We had a big room overlooking the pool with a sea view and requested to be changed to a higher floor with a view closer to the sea. The staff was happy to move us the next day. We loved the cafe attached to the hotel and the choices for breakfast were excellent.

We were terribly disappointed with the room we were first given, that being the room you sold us with our holiday. It was damp and dingy to the extent that the bed sheets were wet to sleep on and all you could smell was mould. The basin in the bathroom was cracked straight down the middle and the shower was laying on the floor as there was no fixing for it.
We had no option but to upgrade at considerable cost. The second room was faultless.
