We spent 2 nights and used their Spa facility along with cocktails in the bar, inclusive Breakfast and we dined in their wonderful restaurant for 1 dinner. They also provided 2 days guide with a private car to see the outlying markets and sightseeing, along with some hiking and a short boat trip. This is a first class hotel with excellent service and complete care for their customer. It is situated in an area of Sapa that has privacy and views of the city below. Wonderful experience!

Our stay at Sapa Elegance was very nice. The staff were extremely helpful and the family room that sleeps 4 was perfect for us. The location is out of the hustle but still convenient to get everywhere easily. Breakfast was simple but yummy! I recommend to stay 2 or 3 nights at least in Sapa. I could've stayed a week easily.
We had a lovely 2 day experience. Our room (deluxe) had a wonderful view of the mountains of Sapa. Room was big and comfortable, hotel staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb!! totally recommend it.
I stayed at this hotel in mid June. The staff was super nice. They were very friendly and helpful to me. The manager was a lovely lady who was hugely pregnant but she was super efficient and helpful. She and her staff tried their best to make sure I got what I needed and really made my stay at Sapa very pleasant. They helped me book trip to Dien Bien Phu on a short notice, and when I couldn't make it as I came down from the Fansipan too late, they made quick arrangement and saw to it that I caught the train the next day to Hanoi.
Wonderful people. I highly recommend their hotel
We stayed for only 1 night but the friendliness of the staff was obvious from checking in. There was a lady looking after the breakfast area who was amazingly friendly and energetic - makes for a good start to the day. I was sick that night and didn't leave the hotel and the gentleman in reception asked if things were okay the next morning - very attentive.
Breakfast was limited but that's expected for a smaller hotel. We had a bigger room with 2 double beds - it was nice and spacious. The room was warm, clean and tidy, beds comfortable. The views are nice as well. Hot water doesn't last more than 10 minutes before it becomes warm and needs to reheat. Bathrooms could do with a heater or heated lights. Location of the hotel is good - everything was within walking distance.
Be sure to say hi to the little black dog that lives there - he's so cute.
Would definitely recommend this hotel if you appreciate great hospitality and good rooms.
